Downtown Condo on First Floor! Ideally located!

Steps from restaurants, all the best shopping, museums and tourist landmarks. Truly a prime downtown location. King bedroom. Pullout sofa. Updated kitchen with television! Original beautiful historic hardwood floors. Parking is on the street. This unit is in a secure building with coded entry, right behind the SCAD library.

Public Parking:
Metered street spots are best handled by downloading the ParkSavannah App to pay for any numbered space through an app on your phone or parking in the nearby State St parking garage if there is availability.

The location of the apartment in this historic building was perfect for us. We were within a few blocks/less than a mile from all that we wanted to experience and loved the walkability to all. Staying in a historic building gave us a feel for what makes Savannah special. Great location however the quiet hours don’t pertain to the apartment upstairs. They were very loud after midnight Saturday into Sunday. The apartment was well stocked with coffee and toiletries. Easy to park on the street in front or in the parking garage.

A Very Cozy Place

This prooerty was in a very good location. It was close to a free DOT bus stop, and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Inside, the apartment was fully equipped with necessities andand was extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Great location, Thomas-Owen house is right out the door. Turn the corner and you are on E Broughton St where there are tons of restaurants, couple more block to E Bay and Riverwalk. Condo was comfortable with a king bed and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Home away from home

The place was amazing. Very comfortable and accommodating. Our first time visiting Savanah was amazing and couldn’t have stayed at a better place. Great location and easy to access. Parking was not at all the nightmare I anticipated. Hopefully this place will be available when we visit Savannah again! Thank you for making our stay pleasant.
