Both bedrooms feature plush queen beds with soft linens for a restful night's sleep, while the queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space when needed. Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire condo throughout their stay, with the exception of two owner's storage closets. The condo is located on the top floor of a secure historic building and offers elevator access and keyless entry, making arrivals and departures easy.



The Neighborhood:

This location couldn't be better located. Step outside onto Broughton Street and you'll be surrounded by Savannah's favorite boutiques, cafés, rooftop bars, galleries, and locally loved restaurants. City Market is just a short stroll away, while River Street and the Plant Riverside District can be reached in just a few minutes on foot.



Whether you're shopping, dining, exploring museums, or wandering beneath Savannah's famous oak-lined squares, you'll find many of the city's most popular attractions just outside your front door.



Getting Around:

One of the best parts of staying here is how walkable everything is. Most of Savannah's top attractions, restaurants, museums, shopping, and historic squares are within easy walking distance.



If you're bringing a vehicle, metered street parking is available throughout downtown using the ParkSavannah app, allowing you to pay, receive reminders, and extend your parking time right from your phone. The City of Savannah also offers visitor parking passes for longer stays.



Savannah is also incredibly easy to explore without a car. The free DOT Shuttle stops throughout the Historic District, including River Street, Broughton Street, City Market, and Forsyth Park. Ride shares, public transportation, and Savannah's iconic trolley tours are also wonderful options for discovering the city.



Other Things to Note:

Because you're staying in the center of Savannah's Historic District, you'll experience the vibrant energy that makes downtown so special. Restaurants, bars, and nightlife are just outside your door, particularly on Friday and Saturday evenings, so some city noise is to be expected. We've provided a sound machine to help ensure a restful night's sleep.
