Exquisite Cottage Near Historic Savannah and Tybee

  • Morgan Estates welcomes you to our elegant cottage home located approximately 10-minute drive to the historic downtown Savannah and approximately 20-minute drive to Tybee Island. Our home includes many amenities and it is close to shopping and restaurants such as Target, Crossroads Shopping Center, Whole Foods, IHOP, Chick-fil-A, McDonalds, Papa Johns, Arby's, Chiriya's Thai just to name a few. Great getaway for families, couples and large groups.

    Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home can accommodate up to 8 persons comfortably. Take a trip to downtown and visit the Savannah Historic District, Forsyth Park and various walking tours. Our home offers beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, beach towels, and a cooler which you can take to Tybee Island and soak up some sun or relax on the beaches.

    The following amenities are included:
    - Parking in front driveway (2 cars) or rear driveway (3 cars).
    - Washer and dryer including detergent.
    - Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and toys for the kids.

This is a beautiful house with a great layout for hanging out with family, playing games, and enjoying a good meal. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The back yard had a lovely spot to sit and enjoy the weather under the pergola. Plenty of off street parking, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow.

A wonderful stay for our Savannah Adventure!

Really loved our stay. The house was wonderful and very cute. Only thing to note is that the hot tub listed is a bath tub with jets, not a jacuzzi that would be outside or anything.

Exactly what we needed for a business trip. Clean and up to great standards. Only heard 1 argument fight outside in the middle of night during our week stay. Nothing too alarming, they had a bunch of beach equipment if we were to head that way which was nice of them.

The home was nice and clean. The water pressure in the master bathroom was a little weak but it was overall a nice home. The communication before with the owner was great and he responded in a timely manner. This is a nice home in a great location. I would definitely stay again or recommend to others.

Trip to celebrate my sister

The house was a lot larger than what the pictures portray. It was beautiful, clean, and had everything you could need for a trip. There are a bunch of stores close by and a perfect location for the St. Patrick’s Day weekend. Not too busy, and not too far away from downtown or the beach. I will be staying here again if I’m in Savannah.

Overall not a bad place. Great local close to downtown and the beach. However pictures and descriptions need to be updated. The Queen bed needs to be replaced because it slopes in the middle so we slept in the twin beds that were much better. The living room couches same situation. Pots were put away dirty and a mug was chipped and broken in the cabinet. The listing states there is a hot tub but there isnt one. Pictures of the outside space is inviting however not in person it was different furniture that was very dirty and needed a power wash, so that wasn't usable. When standing in the primary bathroom you can be see in your birthday suit by the neighbor from the window above the jacuzzi tub because the mirror reflects sooo. The host also wanted us to accommodate a non emergency service for the HVAC system yearly service. The host rescheduled it once we went back and forth a few times. We would stay here again for the overall cleanliness, location and parking which was the main reason we would come back. Thanks for hosting a simple update of pictures and descriptions would help this review.

Family visit

We had a lovely time at the house! It was very comfortable, clean, accommodating and inviting. I also appreciated Jimmy's proactively, responsiveness and receptivity to my questions. Having a nice owner always makes a rental stay that much better! We loved the location as it was ideally located to get to Tybee beach, downtown Savannah, restaurants and general stores (ex: CVS, Whole foods, Starbucks, etc.)

Just Perfect

My husband and I plus our two kids (21 and 14) just got home from our 6 night stay and everything was perfect. The house was clean, decorated well, plenty of room for our family, and a great distance from downtown Savannah. After long days seeing the sights we looked forward to coming to the house to relax. We would definitely recommend this home. Communication was great too! Couldn’t ask for a better trip!

Retirement girls trip

The house was very nice and clean. We are 4 educators who recently retired. We decided to take a trip to Savannah to celebrate. This house was perfect for us. Within a short drive to Savannah. We decided to drive most days but it is a very quick Uber ride. The house is also very close to any store you need. Would also be a nice house for a family with the bedroom set up.

No hot tub on this property! We had booked this property because we intended to use a hot tub frequently for our girls' trip. If we had known there was only a jetted jacuzzi, we probably wouldn't have booked this.Besides that....the property was clean and spacious and the bathrooms were very nice. Needless to say though, we were disappointed about the misleading property description.

You will not be disappointed

This “home” for the 5 days my friends and I were there were fantastic. The house is immaculate, decorated beautifully, very roomy, just plain comfortable and beyond clean! There are ceiling fans in every room, including the front porch and back deck. There’s also a comfy and cozy gazebo area in back yard. The house is in a perfect location, 15 min to downtown, 25 min to beach. You will not be disappointed. ENJOY!

Quiet Getaway

We stayed here for a local marathon and the description painted a perfect description of a quiet getaway to prep for/recover from race day. The house is beautiful and is equipped with everything from bathroom hotel-like necessities (e.g., little shampoo and conditioner bottles) to laundry detergent pods. When we checked in, there was an electrical issue and we reached out to the owner. Within 15 minutes, he replied and helped us solve the issue. Great customer service. This house is also designed as family friendly and even had board games available. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Jimmy.

This Home is Amazing!

This home was stunning, very well stocked with everything we could need and so clean and pretty. I wish I lived there! The neighbors were kind and friendly, the beds were so comfortable and the location was phenomenal. With that being said, the communication from the owner/property manager was not very welcoming. It was a very curt "Here are the rules and these are the quiet hours. If you break any rules we will know because we have cameras at the house. The authorities will be called to remove you and you will not be reimbursed." We are up in age and not really partiers, but we did come here to have a kid-free weekend to unwind, play card games, drink a little and relax in the hot tub. The communication from the owner/manager made us feel like if we even laughed too loud, the police would come to kick us off the property, which definitely put a damper on our stay. Also, the property is advertised with a hot tub but there is not a hot tub outside. There is a nice jacuzzi tub inside that was wonderful for a solo soak, but we could not get the jets to work. Other than that, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend!
