Only blocks from Forsyth Park, Chateau on Tattnall is located on a tree-lined, quiet, street on the residential side of the Historic District. This spacious townhouse accommodates 7 Lucky guests comfortably, with all of the high-end amenities one could dream of!

Upon arrival, guests enter into the wide open living area. Spacious and bright, the floor to ceiling windows overlook tree-lined Tattnall Street. There is ample seating for the whole family, and friends. Rightfully so, the living room is your cool end-of-day hang out, or your morning gathering spot to plan your day.

Beyond the living room, an open plan kitchen with an attached formal dining area. Enjoy stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops - the perfect backdrop for entertaining friends and family. Choose a formal meal at the dining table fit for eight, or enjoy a glass of wine at the kitchen island before walking to one of Savannah's best restaurants.

Upstairs, you'll find all three bedrooms each fitted with blackout curtains for an easy nights rest! The first is the primary bedroom with a King size bed and a luxurious en suite bathroom. Guests will enjoy the long double vanity with adjacent walk-in shower, all fit with marble tile floors. The second guest room features a king size bed and spacious closet, while the third offers two plush twin size beds. Both rooms share a full bath with tub/shower combo just outside the hall. Extended stays are a breeze with a full-size washer and dryer upstairs! Just off of the kitchen, guests can find a private screened in patio, with a retractable awning. The outdoor space is welcome and inviting, perfect for an evening glass of wine or a morning cup of joe.

Beautiful home in a great location!!

I stayed here with my brothers and sister and the house was perfect. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless. The location is perfect for exploring Savannah and there is free parking at the house. The house has everything you need for your stay and was even nicer than the pictures.

Beautiful place with a convenient location!

We loved our stay! The property is beautiful, the kitchen is well laid out, the hosts were quick to respond to a few questions, and the LOCATION!! The location is fabulous and we had no trouble walking everywhere we needed to go. The heck-in process could not have been easier. We hope come back someday and spend a bit more time relaxing in this amazing property. We were there during the week of St. Patrick's Day, which unbeknownst to us is a very busy time in Savannah. Due to the location of this property, it was so convenient to participate in the fun and get away from the crowds when we needed.

Beautiful place. Great location. Easy walk to everything. Extremely clean. Our flight was very early on a Friday morning. We were able to leave our luggage at main office before checking into our house. This allowed us to plan tours of historic homes on Friday.

Wonderful Experience

We booked this property as part of a road trip we had planned for my father-in-law’s 70th birthday. This house was wonderful! We all slept very comfortably and the location was perfect. We loved walking to the park in the morning. The owners were very responsive and the house was very clean. We would definitely rebook again.

Luxurious Getaway

We stayed at the Chateau on Tattnall for a girl’s getaway and we’re so happy with our choice. This was a beautiful home that had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and the Master suite with bathroom was very luxurious. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and the rental company was Very helpful with all of the information necessary for our stay. We were about a mile from the riverfront but we enjoyed walking everywhere. We hope to be back and wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

Great Location!

Despite the weather, we had a very enjoyable visit. This home is a great base for exploring all Savannah has to offer. We walked everywhere, so no need for a car. The space is well-maintained, though the window shades need some repair/replacing. If you’re expecting to cook meals you’ll have all you need but note there aren’t any spices beyond salt and pepper, and there aren’t any basics like butter, or condiments. The beds are extremely comfortable.

I cannot express enough how beautiful, safe and nice this place is. This is truly the most beautiful place we have ever stayed!!! Location is AWESOME!!! We walked to a lot!! Also we felt VERY safe! Good but expensive for what you get

Really loved the gorgeous property with large family room and divine kitchen. Pros: very convenient to most attractions, walking distance to so much of downtown, nice dining are for eating and playing games, nice bed linens. Cons: literally two or three hand washes worth of hand soap in each container provided, very cheap and scratchy TP, one roll of paper towels for thrrr nights, and one towel and bath cloth per person for the stay. The upstairs guest bath wouldn’t flush, an outlet in kitchen broken, and message from lucky Savannah was confusing about the trash take out when they sent it without clarifying. Overall, it was a gorgeous house and felt safe and convenient. Just pricey for three nights for the cheapness of some details and non working toilet,

Safe, Relaxing Haven

We very much enjoyed our stay at this rental in Savannah. The location was great (close to Forsyth Park; easy walk into downtown Savannah; safe location). The beds were comfortable and the rental was very clean and easy to enter/exit. The only downside was the TV options. It was great to have a TV in each bedroom in addition to the living room but only basic cable was supplied. All appeared to be smart TVs but we couldn't figure out how to stream with the usual apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc). We unsuccessfully tried to connect our Apple devices through Apple AirPlay. We ended up hardwiring with an HDMI cable which allowed us to stream movies off a laptop. There is a DVD player supplied but we could not find a single DVD in the rental to pop into it. There have been so many movies filmed in or around Savannah. It would have been nice to have those as selections to watch as one winds down in the evening after a day of exploring — notably "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil", "Glory" or "Something to Talk About", just to name a few. We would stay in this rental again, for sure. It was a safe haven to return to after many hours of exploring.
