Only a few blocks to Daffin/Grayson Stadium, The Baldwin Park Neighborhood is a gorgeous little pocket of mostly Bungalows in the broad historic district of Savannah. Right around the corner is the new trendy Coffee shop called Waters Cafe which is a great little spot for coffee and bites and to set up with your laptop for the day. This area is so conveniently located being so close to Victory Drive, you can be at Tybee in 30 min. or less. Whole Foods and other major stores are only a 5 min drive straight down Victory!
