Situated between Calhoun Square, and Jones Street (deemed America's most Beautiful Street), you'll be just a stones throw away from everything downtown has to offer. Built in 1853 for Eliza Ann Jewett, this carriage house has been renovated with fine finishes and furnishings to capture the true Historic essence of this adorned property.

Guests will have private access to the home through the lane, where on-street parking is just a short distance away. Upon stepping inside, you'll be greeted by historic exposed beams, high ceilings and a wall that boasts with windows that fill the space with natural light. When renovations took place, no detail was spared here; from the quartz countertops in the kitchen, to the stainless steel appliances, the kitchen features everything you'll need to prepare home cooked meals. With a large island that overlooks the gathering space - you'll have the perfect set-up for entertaining!

The gathering space offers a plush love seat, perfect for sinking down and unwinding after a long day. Catch up on your favorite shows from the smart television that features access to all of the main streaming channels and apps, or put on some soft tunes while you catch up on work. The bistro table can be served as a work space, or an intimate setting for meals with your loved ones - the airy space feels like a hidden oasis!

On the second level, you'll find the bedroom that is fitted with a plush queen bed, where the exposed beams and original brick is carried throughout. The luxurious, spa-like, ensuite bathroom features a stunning marble tiled shower, a great place to steam away the stresses of the day. Just around the corner, you'll find an impressive walk-in closet that boasts space and storage for all of your belongings, which is a rarity in a Historic home.

Centrally located, this home is within walking to distance to many of Savannah's most treasured historic homes, and is also very close to multiple green spaces like our Forsyth Park (famous for its Fountain), Calhoun Square, and Chippewa Square. A walk along Bull Street in either North-South direction is the perfect way to see and learn about our beautiful city.

What is parking like for this home?
Parking for this home is on-street and metered, which is enforced by the City of Savannah from Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or park on a nearby non-metered street. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.
