Such a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment! Right next to the southern end of Forsyth Park. Designated parking for one compact vehicle and free extra parking on the public street. Every room is newly renovated in this historic apartment. This apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the home and requires use of stairs. There is no elevator so this is unsuitable for anyone who cannot walk up stairs. City of Savannah SVR-01613

Great spot just off Forsyth Park! Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, decor was adorable. Downtown was a bit of a walk but Uber’s were readily available and inexpensive.

Beautiful, perfectly clean home with a great location! We walked to many nearby attractions and ubering was easy too. Everything was clear and we had no issues. Would recommend or stay here again!

This location was perfect for all the things to do in Savannah! This place is decorated so cute & clean. All 3 bedrooms have a king size bed which is hard to find. It worked great for us 3 couples staying here. The host was easy to communicate with and friendly. Will definitely be staying here again when we come for a visit.

Wonderful stay

Beautiful place, maybe the cutest rental I've ever stayed in, design wise. Just like it looks in the pictures. Comfortable, good beds, nice living space. Nice bathrooms, good hot water, nice kitchen. You do have to walk through the alley to get to the back stairs but overall the location is really great, near the park and coffee shops and etc. Really enjoyed the stay!

Good stay, good coffee around the corner

This house was in a good location for us because we wanted to be close to the action but not have all the road/crowd/party noise at night. It is feet from Forsyth Park and a good coffee shop, Sentient Bean. It is quite a walk to River Front but if you don’t mind the distance, go for it. By day 2 our feet hurt so we Ubered a couple times.The only thing I noticed is the that the living room furniture is a little more aged than the picture shows but it was comfortable and a good area to chat. Would stay here again.

A lovely little spot to stay

The property looks just like the pictures. Magnificent decor. The place is soft and homey. We just loved our stay. Thank you for stocking the kitchen with all the essentials. We even did a little baking while we were there, dropping our daughter at SCAD. This home is right on Forsythe, walking distance to coffee shops, taco bars, bakeries, bars. Everything was just perfect. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Perfect Girls Weekend

My bridesmaids and I stayed in this fabulous condo for my bachelorette weekend. The photos do not do the space justice. It is so beautifully curated and comfortable for six girls to stay in over the weekend. The location is amazing and had plenty to do close by. The only drawbacks to the space is that the unit is up a flight of stair and the parking space is small and the driveway is hard to pull into. In the grand scheme of things these were barely drawbacks, and I could not recommend you stay here more.

The place was as described. Very nicely decorated and located in a perfect area for getting to all of the areas to sight see, shop, etc. We definitely enjoyed our stay. The one negative is the parking. The spots are in back in a narrow alley and aren't large enough unless everyone has a very compact car. Too many obstructions and really difficult to get in especially if the person in the spot next to you keeps inching over. Definitely need improved parking!

Great Stay in Savannah

We had a great stay at this home. Our family of 5 visited for 2 nights while touring Savannah. Home is exactly as described. 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 beautifully renovated bathrooms, and bright, cozy furnishings were perfect for our family. We did not use the kitchen, so unable to comment on convenience/supplies. Home was very clean. Parking on the street was very easy and convenient. Location to Forsyth Park was wonderful. Would highly recommend this home. (Available coffee for brewing would have been the only necessity we were missing as we didn't visit the grocery store for such a quick trip, but the Sentient Bean down the street was wonderful!)

Started out rough, but in the end it was great!

When we arrived at the rental, it was 92 degrees inside. Upon checking the thermostat, I found it set to 50 degrees, likely adjusted by the previous renters or the cleaning crew that day. I left a message for the property manager and received a text response asking about the issue. The property manager promptly sent a handyman, who determined that the air conditioner had a faulty compressor. To escape the heat, we went out to dinner, worried about the possibility of sleeping in such conditions after a long drive from Kentucky. However, the property manager assured us that they would either resolve the problem or provide a full refund. This also meant we might need to find alternative accommodations, leading to a few hours of uncertainty. Fortunately, despite it being a Sunday night, an air conditioning repairman replaced the condenser, resulting in just one uncomfortable night for sleeping. The apartment itself is charming, and my family was very impressed with the space and amenities. Each bedroom had a comfortable king-size bed. The coffee maker and coffee in the pantry made our first morning more enjoyable as the air conditioning caught up and cooled the space overnight. After the first night, our stay was excellent. I would definitely stay there again. Please note that the apartment is on the top two floors, requiring you to climb 3 flights of stairs to enter. I don’t recall that information being in the description so I thought I would share that just in case.
