Located in a residential area of the Downtown Historic District, Southern Charm is the ultimate home away from home. Originally built in 1894, this one-of-a-kind home has been completely transformed, with no detail being spared. From the original fireplaces, to the soaring 12 foot high ceilings, exposed beams, and windows that flood the home with natural light, you'll never want to leave!

The entire first level is an entertainers dream - a bright, inviting, and open space. Whether you are gathering in the living room while watching your favorite movie, or gathering together at the large dining table, you'll always have space to be together. The kitchen features beautiful cabinetry that compliments the custom quartz countertops, and brass fixtures. Take advantage of the all your counter space, and prepare your favorite home-cooked meals!

Just upstairs, you'll find all three bedrooms that have been tastefully decorated to ensure a peaceful and comfortable nights rest. The first bedroom features a king size bed, wall mounted smart television, and bathroom that connects to the hallway. The second bedroom can be accessed from this room, of the hallway, perfect for parents that want to keep their children close by, without sacrificing privacy. The second bedroom offers a twin trundle bed, an ample amount of closet space, a tall dresser, and an Xbox One with plenty of games to keep your kids distracted. Lastly, the Main Suite faces the front of the home, boasting with natural light, a king-size bed, an original brick fireplace, spacious closets and an ensuite bathroom with luxurious finishes.

Southern Charm is perfectly situated to explore Savannah’s Historic District. Truly located in an excellent location that is just a short walk to Troup Square, the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist and Historic Jones Street, voted one of the prettiest streets in the United States! A short drive or walk puts you on either Broughton Street or River Street where shopping and dining abound-it truly is the ideal location from which to explore Savannah.

Charming, cozy and clean!

We loved our stay at Southern Charm! The pictures don’t do this space justice. So charming and comfortable, with nice touches like a sound machine and charging station at your bedside. Excellent location in this great walking city, we were able to park our rental car and walk everywhere. I would highly recommend and would stay here again if we return to Savannah.

Awesome stay in SAV!

We all really enjoyed this house. Very clean, plenty of room, well stocked kitchen, nice bathrooms, and quiet neighborhood. We walked everywhere from the house and the house was not in a noisy area. Would stay here again.

On the Edge of Historical District

Kitchen was well stocked and up to date. Beds were comfortable. Location was convenient within walking distance to many of the squares. Like most of the historical properties, it has lots of steps. Parking space is small.

Perfect home for my families 3 night stay

We were 5 adults and 1 teenager staying for 3 nights. The location was walkable to most attractions and restaurants but we did drive at night as the weather was quite cold. Beautifully updated historical home. All the amenities we needed Plenty of room for everyone. Ample parking on the street (put car was too big for the designated parking spot).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visited Savannah for a long weekend to celebrate our friend's 77th birthday. The Southern Charm house was just what we needed. It had great space for all of us, a nice living room space to hang out, and enough bathrooms to get ready. One minor note - the twin bed room and one of the two upstairs bedrooms shares a closet and is separated by a sliding barn door - wasn't a big deal for us, but not tremendously private in case that's important to others. The house was an easy walk (through beautiful squares) to most everything in Savannah! We did rent a larger SUV and were able to find street parking easily just down the block. Texting with Lucky Savannah was super convenient and they handled all of our requests quickly and kindly.

This is the most comfortable place I've stayed in that the living room has enough seating as did the kitchen. The sleeping accommodations gave us several options while all the beds were very comfortable as was the bedding. This is home looked clean, felt clean, and was inspected when we arrived. The management company is pleasant and friendly, while still providing professional customer service. They were able to provide us with an early check-in and late check-out without much notice (for a fee of course which was well worth it). Location was perfect for both walking and driving. We did Uber a few times which was easy and inexpensive. We enjoyed a variety of foods that were all delicious in their own way, without feeling like we ate too much or not enough. My best meal was lunch at The Pink House, the service and friendliness was top-notch. Dinner at Vic's on the River, best short ribs and view the river. Savannah for Morons Comedy Trolley Tour was something we stumbled upon and so glad we did! Those 90 minutes went way too quick, great entertainment. Lots of shopping, which we didn't do much of, hopefully next time.

I will say I was disappointed in a few things: TV Remotes upstairs were missing batteries. The "cable" TV was very limited in channels. I would not consider this Cable. There was a very limited # of towels, hand towels and wash cloths. The Sound machines had no cord, so unable to use. I messaged the Property management company and received no response during our stay. The Couches and Chairs were uncomfortable for a Vacation Home.

Delightful Southern Experience

My husband and I and our two grown children enjoyed visiting our grandson who is a senior at SCAD. The house was perfect for the five of us with spacious rooms and beautifully furnished throughout. We walked everywhere and loved the convenience of not having to drive and constantly find parking within the city. The house was spotless and very well appointed with high-end of everything. The parking spot in the back of the house is too tight for a van, however, so we parked on the street during our stay without any issues. We had a problem with the television remote, and it was taken care of immediately. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Savannah.
