Historic Downtown Condo w/Firepit- Walk to Forsyth

Enjoy a comfortable stay at this historic condo in downtown Savannah! The condo is part of a 4 unit building that was built in 1900. This is a first floor unit. It has been tastefully remodeled and decorated with a cool and moody vibe in mind! Much of the original character has been left intact so you can feel the history of the building. We are walking distance to the beautiful Forsyth Park!

Pets require pre approval and additional fee!

This condo is the perfect place for those looking to unwind with modern amenities. The original floors remain throughout the unit as well as 3 original brick fireplaces (non-operating) offering you the historic feel that Savannah is well known for.

The Condo:
- Living Room features a 55" Smart TV where you can stream all your favorite services. The original oversized front windows bring in tons of natural light!
- Fully Equipped Kitchen with everything you will need to cook a full meal. We also feature a Keurig machine
- King Bedroom with memory foam mattress, dresser, nightstands
- Queen Bedroom with memory foam mattress, dresser, nightstands
- Full bathroom with clawfoot tub/shower
- Dining room with table for 4 guests
- Laundry area with washer/dryer

The Backyard:
Right out the back door from the kitchen is your own yard space in the city! We have a table with 2 bistro chairs, a gas fire pit with 2 arm chairs and ottomans. There are string lights to help keep that moody vibe so you can relax after a day of exploring Savannah!

You will have the entire unit to yourselves. This is the first floor unit, there is another separate unit above.

Pets require pre approval and additional fee!

This is a first floor unit - there is another condo on the second floor above.

There is free on street parking - be sure to check the posted sweep times, they vary depending which side of the street you park.

  • Designed by John S. Norris for General Hugh Weedon Mercer, construction of the house began in 1860. Construction was interrupted by the American Civil War, and finally completed around 1868 by the new owner, John Wilder.
