Historic charm greats you at the Noble Hardee House. Location is key in Savannah and we are in the prime historic downtown. This 1864 house features 3 BR, 2 full BA, outdoor patio, FREE Parking, and plenty of supplies for your comfort. Located steps from Troup Square and Crawford Square, it’s the perfect retreat for up to 6 guests. Walk to the best attractions or dine in award-winning restaurants all from your doorstep. Go back in time and immerse yourself in Savannah’s beauty and history.
Enter off of Broad St. Walk back in time with this charming 1864 home. The hard wood floors and trim are original as are many other aspects of the home. I have tried to maintain the historic charm of this home and add a modern touch of comfort. You walk right into the living room where there is a couch and chair to kick back in to watch tv that has You Tube TV downloaded onto it. I doubt you will do much of that since the historic downtown SAV will be calling your name. There is just so many haunts, historical sites, architecture, coffee shops and award winning restaurants to see. If you do chose to stay in and cook you will have everything you will need. The kitchen is nice and open to the living room with a little coffee station where coffee, sugar and tea are provided to get your trip off on the right foot. On the lower level is the master bedroom with a original fireplace that is not for use. Plenty of room to spread out. There is a full bathroom attached to the master and a dressing area to hang up your belongings. There is a tv in the master as well with You Tube TV on it. Upstairs is two bedrooms, a full bathroom and the washer/dryer. The back bedroom has a queen bed and a tv with You Tube TV. It is like you are sleeping in the tree tops. The other bedroom at the top of the stairs has two twin beds in it. Also a quaint fireplace that is not for use. Both upstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans in them. All three bedrooms have blinds and curtains in them in case you were out late and need to catch some extra zzz's. There are also noise machines in each bedroom in case you need to drown out any hustle and bustle from the town. Upstairs there is also a full bathroom and a closet with a washer and dryer. Each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. This home is not owned by a property management company. I run all three of my properties. I have another one a couple blocks from this home. I pride myself in a more personal experience with quick communication that you don't always get with a property management company. Beautiful house

The living room was very spacious. The kitchen had everything you can possibly need. The outside deck was a wonderful place for reading. The location to attractions and restaurants was amazing.

Very nice place. Kitchen is well equipped and it was very clean. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and up to date. Convenient location and parking was available but not a designated spot.

Beautiful Historic Home

4 girlfriends from Minnesota had a wonderful time in the Savannah historic district. Parking near the house was easy. The home had beautiful upgrades and was comfortable and perfect for our quick stay in Savannah. Everything we needed was available and the host was very easy to communicate with.

Savannah was on my bucket list. Myself and 4 girlfriends came down for a 3 day weekend. Beautiful town and fpos is wonderful. The 2 story is beautiful. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again

Amazing home with special touches in every room. Lots of special extras like coffee, toiletries, extra soft sheets and towels, and maps of the area. The home was very clean and fresh. The home's location was perfect for walking to River Street and all of the other locations we wanted to see. There were only 3 downsides. There was very limited free parking on Broad Street near the home so we parked on Harris Street which you must pay for Mon-Fri via a parking kiosk. The traffic noise from Broad Street can be annoying when trying to sleep. The beds were VERY firm which we found uncomfortable. Overall, amazing property and friendly, helpful owner. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Place for Savannah friends getaway!

Savannah 4th July celebration trip.

. In a great location, easy to walk everywhere. This historical home is beautiful. Beds were very comfortable. Communication with Heidi was great. Free parking was a plus. Pirates house, Crab shack, Leopolds, Six Pence Pub, and Savannah Tap House were great places to eat.

Cozy property, very small patio. Parking was hard to find right at the property. It’s free, BUT first come, first serve. We had to drop off our disabled friends and ride around the neighborhood till we found a spot. That was the only issue with this listing. Clean, cozy and close to everything downtown

The bottom room floors were dirty, especially in the master bedroom & bath. There was a very sticky substance on the floor making it tacky when walked on, immediately upon arrival. I hand cleaned the floor with paper towels & cleaning spray found under the sink. The paper towels were black after cleaning. I was able to remove whatever the sticky stuff was.

Fantastic Savannah Rental

3 BFF’s enjoyed a weekend in Savannah. First time visiting for me and can’t wait to go back and I hope the Noble Hardee House is available. We walked to the strip but we also Uber-ed since it was 96 degrees. Quick 5 minute trip and you’re in the action. The house was great for us - 3 bedrooms and very clean. Heidi got back to us in a timely manner and kept up the communication. We were able to sit in the living room and hang out. So much better than a hotel. Totally recommend the Noble Hardee House!
