"Big shout out to Theresa at the front desk. So friendly and helpful!! She managed our room change (hotel’s, not ours) so that there was no delay in the move since we had our dogs with us. She went above and beyond and was ALWAYS smiling! And she had the same demeanor with all the guests - what an absolute gem!! Can’t wait to stay here again! Theresa deserves a raise!!!"

"Great location! Close to everything, nice bar in the lobby. What we did not like is 3 elevators only one worked consistently. Construction going on, just caused more noise, hard to get through hallways, and issues getting cars through valet because of the construction staff trucks."

"This was my 3rd time staying at Riverside Inn. I love how it’s walking distance to everything. The rooms are confiable with a great view. The in house restaurant was excellent. Front desk staff and valet were very helpful. We took advantage of the happy hour on the porch. It’s the best place to stay in Savannah."
