Lovely 1 bed condo in the heart of Savannah

Location, location, location….. Are you a fan of the supernatural, the natural, a budding historian or interested in Savannah College of Art and Design? Then this condo is perfect for you. It’s located directly across the street for the historic Colonial Park Cemetery. It’s one of the oldest cemeteries in Savannah and home to almost all of the ghost tours!

Besides penthouse views this home offers a full size kitchen with an island that doubles for work or entertaining, a living room area that caters to comfort and scenic views, a spacious bedroom with queen size bed and guest storage. The bathroom has undergone a complete renovation. It’s been transformed it into a spa like experience with tub/show, bidet, modern lighted mirror and vanity.
