Heckley Suite boasts high ceilings, hardwood floors, a modern kitchen, a luxury bathroom, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV—ideal for couples or solo travelers. Situated above an on-site restaurant and lounge, this second-floor studio offers lively convenience, while quieter suites are available on the third floor.

Located on Bay Street in Savannah’s Downtown Historic District, The Suites at Bay place you steps from River Street, Broughton Street shopping, and stunning Savannah River views. Whether celebrating Savannah’s vibrant nightlife or strolling through historic squares, our suites are the perfect home base in the heart of the city.

Parking for The Suites:
Each Suite features one private parking space in the nearby Lincoln Street Parking Garage, a rarity here in Savannah! Guests will retrieve their scannable parking pass upon checking into their suite and use it to enter/exit the parking garage as needed. All other parking is on-street, which is enforced by the City of Savannah from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

This vrbo is perfect. The location is prime and by everything downtown. Room was clean and bed was so comfy! The parking was a great perk as well. Had no issues at all.

This was our very first VRBO stay. We enjoyed ourselves very much. Location was amazing. We were within a block from Breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurants. Riverstreet was just across the street. I highly recommend this location

My friend and I enjoyed our stay. The location was good. It’s seemed like there were no homeless in this particular area. Mainly at the square by the pink house. Otherwise everything was beyond great.

Great Location

I was down for a conference that was at the Hyatt just a block away, so the location was terrific! I enjoy the food at the Treylor Park, and it was fun being able to tell my colleagues I was staying at the Treylor Park ;-) Great space for two, the air was cold. I did have to replace the batteries in the remote control, but no big deal. Parking is a couple blocks away, but for Savannah that's not too bad.

Convenient location - stressful checkin

Property is awesome and the location is prime and in the city center. Walk to city center with plenty of restaurants in walking distance. It just was hard to find the property as a newcomer to Savannah and then to find a space to park and unload before getting the provided car pass and finally parking in the adjacent parking garage. Overall, very good stay and would definitely stay again.

Lovely Cozy Property

This apartment is perfectly situated to be able to walk everywhere! Even though the restaurant is directly under the apartment, the sounds were barely noticed. All instructions were clear and the notebook with instructions and suggestions was great. Parking garage was a very short walk and we appreciated having secure covered parking. We will definitely stay here again!

Savannah Weekend Getaway

For our quick getaway to Savannah, we wanted to stay in a place that was nice, comfortable, in a great location, and included a parking spot. This property did not disappoint! The Bay Street location was ideal for enjoying both the waterfront, and the whole historic district. Centrally located, we could get just about anywhere we wanted in no more than a 20 minute walk. The directions for entering the property were clear, with ample advance notice for us to feel secure that we knew what to do when we got there. For a party of one or two, the apartment is absolutely perfect, with comfortable furniture, and sufficient space to spread out and store items. We would absolutely consider staying here again when we plan a return trip to Savannah!

Cons: Unit is over a restaurant and shares the entry/lobby. During busy times, the door can be difficult to access. You will have to carry your bags for some distance--1/2 a block or more. Noise from the restaurant is noticeable at times. The view from the windows is poor.

Not As Clean and Accommodating as Expected

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cob webs in corners, spider in bed first day, pull out couch had what looked like blood stains on the sheets and stuck to high heaven. Microwave sounds like it is about to explode when using it and oven took 40 minutes to heat up to 400° to cook frozen chicken nuggets for our son and could smell burning from the oven the entire preheat. Parking is not in deck behind unit but 2 blocks away, would think for ease they would secure spot in the closer lot. Overall location of property was good but based on the described below we won’t stay here again unfortunately.
