Our daughter goes to schoolat SCAD. This was a great location to be able to walk and get to places with ease. Our favorite breakfast spot Clary’s is right up the street too great location and nice property

Perfect little spot for walking Savannah!

We had a great stay. Easy walk to so many restaurants and tours. There was a strong astringent smell in the apartment, but we got used to it. That was the only downside.

1st time in Savannah and our stay was overall a 5 star weekend. Easy check-in/check-out process. Location on Jones street could not have been better! The only critique I will offer would be that the listing does NOT provide a clear picture of the layout of the rental. Please be aware that the single restroom is literally in the middle of the rental. One must walk through the restroom to enter the dining and kitchen areas . This is a Perfect rental for a couple on a long weekend

Charming

We took a spontaneous trip to visit the area. The neighborhood was quiet and the bed was super comfortable. The stay at 17 E Jones st was within walking distance to many pubs and restaurants and the sound of horse hooves clopping down the cobblestone street was absolutely charming.

The property is appointed with period antiques which adds to its charm. They floor plan was odd as the bathroom was the walkway to the dining room and kitchen. Overall, we enjoyed the living room and the bed was extremely comfortable. We will consider staying here again.

Great location

Great location and in historic area. I agree with the other posted reviews and the sofa needs to go! There was no comfortable seating area. Had issue with getting keys out of the lock box but they were very responsive when called for assistance.

Fair but needs improvement

Location is excellent. Very unique, historical & old building. Layout of the property & decorations we unique, historical & cool. BUT, the air-conditioning was not up to par. It was cool blowing, but humid & sticky inside. In the back kitchen area, NO air conditioning at all. Parts of the property were clean but there were areas needing more cleaning, especially in the kitchen area. Barking dogs below our floor & in unit behind building was also a negative experience. I will pass on this property when back in Savannah.

COMFORTABLE bed, nice amenities; only thing we didn't like was the washer/dryer, one of those same machine does both units. First, it was not in the unit as we is in a shared space in the common hallway. Second, it takes a LONG time to wash/dry your clothes (5+hours); and you might have to wait for someone else's to finish first since it is shared...or might have to listen to it running overnight, just across the hall from the back of the bed

It was a bit of a walk, but very doable. The bed was very comfortable, which we appreciated. We did have issues with the washing machine. It broke down with our clothes inside for 2 days. It finally unlocked and we needed to take soaking wet clothes to a laundromat. The property personnel was helpful, but it was out of their control. They were having repairs done in the hall outside our unit and the workers were very load, which made it very unenjoyable. No outlets in the bathroom, so I had to do my hair in the sitting area. Lastly, the sitting area furniture was very uncomfortable.

The place was so beautiful. It felt so luxurious and historic. Clean, beautiful, a lot bigger than i thought. We parked and walked everywhere. About a 20 minute walk to river street. Great location. Loved it! The bed was so comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
