Close to EVERYTHING in the heart of downtown Savannah! We are within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, unique stores, trolley tours, Forsyth Park, River Street, City Market, Broughton Street, SCAD, and Savannah’s iconic Jones Street!
Guests love staying here because they have the privacy with three separate units but being able to stay all at one location!

All pets must be preapproved before booking. We do not allow cats/other animals.
*Dogs are WELCOME! However, you must indicate the size, breed, and age in your booking ahead of time, so please do not instantly book if you intend to bring a dog (Pitbull or Bully Breeds, Cane Corso, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Dobermann or Any other aggressive breed are not allowed). A pet fee of $100 will be required per pet (2 pets max) and must be paid prior to check-in.

Please note that on the 7th day of your booking, you have the option to pay for a second cleaning to have fresh linens on the bed and new towels. However, starting from the 8th day, it's mandatory to have the cleaning service and fee.

Enjoy complimentary rides downtown from 5 PM to 5 AM with the Downtowner app, a complimentary service for downtown residents. Please note that wait times may vary, as this is a free service. If you're looking for a faster ride, Uber and Lyft are paid services available as well, making your stay even more convenient and enjoyable!
