Ready for a night out on the town? You're only two blocks away from some of the best rooftop bars, nightlight and everything our city has to offer!

The bedroom is tucked away from the bustle of Broughton Street, the serene bedroom ensures a quiet night’s sleep. Enjoy a plush Queen-size bed, ample closet space, and a private ensuite bath.

What is parking like for this home?
Parking for this home is on-street and metered, with enforcement by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or utilize a nearby public parking garage. Pre-paid visitor parking passes are available for purchase at the Parking and Mobility Services office. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.

Beautifully decorated and very comfortable condo in an absolute perfect location! We didn't need or want for anything as the home was very well stocked with anything you would need for your stay. We walked everywhere and only got back in our car to go to the airport. We recommend this adorable loft to couples or a small family. If we're fortunate enough to return to Savannah one day, we will book here again!

Had a great weekend stay. Location is close to everything downtown and we easily parked at a nearby public garage and did not drive till time to leave. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, and historic locations. We took the trolley to get around but walking was doable for majority. The unit was nicely decorated and very clean. The neighborhood did have a noise issue one night but outside that was a perfect stay

The actual building could use some updates. When you walk into the lobby it is a little underwhelming and dirty. The elevator is very shady but worked every time. When we got to the actual unit we were more than pleased. Very clean, great decorations, etc... Pictures are spot on and we'd stay again.
