  • Savannah Marshes Studio is centrally located between downtown Savannah & Tybee beach. This gorgeous modern space is the lower level of the home pictured. It's completely private with no sharing spaces. It has a living room (sleeper sofa), bedroom w/ queen bed, bedroom w/ twin bed, bathroom w/ rain shower, and a full kitchen w/ stainless appliances, modern countertops and coffee bar! The kitchen has everything you would need to make a meal or snack for your family! Everything you would need in a home to enjoy your trip is here. Sleeps up to 5 people. Everything in the space is brand new!

The rental home was very clean and inviting upon arrival. The location was perfect and Quiet! It was stocked with extra supplies and accessories. The bed was soft and comfy. The owners resides above the rental but we only saw her a few times. Reasonable priced! Thanks for a great stay! Will recommend!

Great experience!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was impeccably clean, so cute, and beautifully decorated. It was perfect for our little family of three on our first trip to Tybee Island. The location was fantastic, just 10-15 minutes from the beach and close to some great restaurants. The amenities provided were fantastic, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again!

Excellent Location to stay

Me and my friends were in town for a wedding and booked this last minute. We were very happy with the the accommodations and would recommend anyone staying in Savannah with a large group to stay here. Excellent communication, home was advertised as seen and Tammy was a wonderful host.
