There are 2 units -Unit A and Unit B. The whole home is available to access for the group. You open the main entrance to duplex and then there is a 2nd entrance to these units named 416 A and 416 B.

This is a lovely brick home with modern updates and great light. It's only steps from world famous Forsyth Park in Historic downtown Savannah. It is 5 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from Tybee Island.The home features 4 big bedrooms, a comfortable living area with a couch and 2 full bath rooms and half bath room with fully stocked kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in Unit B upstairs. There are 2 bedroom and 1.5 bathroom in Unit A downstairs. The beautiful brick accents and thoughtful styling makes this home the prefect place for your next getaway. Both units upstairs and downstairs provide onsite washer and dryer. There is free parking behind the house. This is close to all the attractions in downtown.There is reliable internet in home.

  • Designed by John S. Norris for General Hugh Weedon Mercer, construction of the house began in 1860. Construction was interrupted by the American Civil War, and finally completed around 1868 by the new owner, John Wilder. We loved the property set up! Worked out perfect for our family. We were able to walk to everything which was exactly what we were looking for! So many events happening around the town, so many restaurants and bars to explore. Loved the front and back patios to sit and have coffee, or happy hour in the afternoon. The best part, THE BEDS!! WE LOVED THEM!! SO COMFORTABLE! Thank you so much! Can’t wait to return!
