Renovated Jones Street Parlor Apt +Private Parking

Gorgeous, expansive parlor (2nd/main floor of house) apartment in a prime location on Jones Street. Newly renovated kitchen has custom granite counters, dishwasher, gas stove and refrigerator with ice maker. King bedroom. Pullout sofa in living room. Combination tub/shower in bathroom which is accessible off of the hallway. Optional $15 flat fee for use of one Private Off Street Parking Space Behind the Home or you can park for free on the public street which has no meters in the 2 block radius.

What to expect when booking: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. Our system will email asking you to digitally sign a rental agreement with our company after booking through VRBO. Nothing in our company rental agreement contradicts the posted terms on VRBO. Super comfortable place to stay for 6 nights. Great kitchen, bedroom, laundry, and big dining and living rooms. We stayed here while getting our daughter settled at SCAD for her freshman year. Great location-quaint, quiet, and walkable. Also, parking! I’ll definitely stay here again when we come to visit our college kid!

Spring Break get away...

My wife and I thoroughly enjoy this property. Jones Street is likely the prettiest street in Savannah. We walked to all the major attractions and left our car safely parked out back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Perfect spot

This property was absolutely perfect. Better lighting than a lot of the places we’ve stayed in Savannah. It had a beautiful entryway, a large kitchen with a lot of natural light and a very comfortable bedroom.

I would definitely look to stay here again. It is within walking distance of everything and super clean. Just be prepared for some very skinny, steep stairs at the entrance.

My husband and I chose to spend our anniversary in Savannah this year. This apartment was recommended to us by a friend who has spent multiple visits there. We couldn’t have been any happier with this choice. We loved the porch and enjoyed the quiet of the neighborhood!Clary’s for breakfast down the street, Bulls Street with so many amenities within walking distance. The apartment had everything we needed. The bed was super comfy!! We would stay there again without hesitation!!!
