  • Wake up to a fantastic sunrise over the Wilmington River! Large deck off living and Patio off downstairs bedroom.Bright and Coastal with open floor plan.Minutes to downtown and short 20 min drive to Tybee. Walkable area with great restaurants and shops. Fishing Pier and park a 2 minute walk. Bonaventure area within walking distance. Great for cyclist and runners. Fully equipped kitchen with Expresso machine, French Press, every you need to cook a gourmet meal! Powder room / half bath off living area. Comfortable furniture, TV in every room!Board Games and books. You will not need anything but your clothes and beachwear! There are 2 bicycles and boogie board and surf board to use. Also beach towels and beach chairs and umbrella. If you like to Kayak, there are rentals within a mile of my townhome. Publix, Kroger, Wholefoods, Aldi all within a couple of miles! Best location you can find!
