"Our king bed and pillows were so comfy!! We assumed there was a refrigerator in every room, we did ask and it was brought in quickly. Disappointed in no chairs out on the balcony!! we understood about the safety feature but… Thought there would be a bartender out by the pool, but none."

"I love the history of the building and the architecture that is still there. I love how even though it was turned into a hotel you can still see the old parts of the cotton warehouse. Very well maintained for its age. We are locals and love Savannah and this hotel is a staple in the heart of the downtown district."

"I was travelling with my son and 5-year old granddaughter...we had a wonderful stay...so close to the river with beautiful fountains and excellent restaurants...an easy walk to the marketplace and Braughton St...I would recommend this hotel to anyone who asks for the "best place to stay in Savannah"...thank you to the staff at the front desk, lobby bar and housekeeping for their attention to detail!"

"Beautiful hotel. I love the exterior. The check in process was very smooth. The front desk was very kind and helpful. The rooms are little updated but well maintained and clean. Having full size kitchen was great. We stayed only 2 nights so we didn't cook. But very needed for a long term stay or when traveling with kids. The breakfast is uncluded and it was great, way better than the usual USA breakfast, more fruit options. The location of the hotel is also great, just across the park you have the river front. There is bar open in the afternoon as well"

"It was convenient for our stay. Parking garage across the street was a better deal than the valet parking at the hotel. The walk to the riverside was about 20 min. Easy to access and exit from the highway to get to the hotel.The tub was older and needed updating but the room was clean and satisfactory. Bed was comfortable"
