Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I both liked and disliked this hotel. They didn’t seem to have enough staff, especially in the late evening. There are scuffs and missing paint and peeling wallpaper and vents which haven’t been vacuumed in ages. My neighbors refrained from smoking tobacco, but still stunk up the entire floor by smoking some other crop. They also had a small dog which whined and squealed when its parents would go outside to smoke tobacco. On the positive side, the hotel was bright and bustling at 9AM, and every interaction I had with the staff was very positive.

Spark is kind of a bare bones model which was fine for one night. The TV didn't work and I had checked in kind of late so I just didn't watch TV. There is no coffee maker in the room. The breakfast offerings were nice though.

Front desk staff was great.. the room was clean but bathroom needs work. Our TV was inoperable in first room.. we waited over half hour for maintenance and they never came. We were then switched to another room. Continental breakfast was good.. coffee was delicious.

Everyone was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was nice with a yoghurt dispenser (a tasty vanilla, not sickly sweet like one usually finds) and good coffee all very tastefully presented. The hotel is super convenient to the airport and has a free shuttle.
