Perfect Location!
Calliope is a spacious, fully equipped for apartment living.The location is a close enough walk to everything. Plus, there is ample parking right next door in the garage with reasonable rates. The unit was clean, nicely decorated and packed with amenities. The experience was even better than expected!

Great place-great location
Very spacious apartment albeit with a small yet adequate kitchen. It was very clean. The location couldn’t have been better! Parking garage right next door. Walk to everything in historic/ river district, including museums, parks, restaurants. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in future and highly recommend it to others.

Amazing Apartment!
Let me start by saying this is one of our favorite places we’ve stayed around the world. An excellently spacious and comfortable apartment in a super convenient spot. Two things to note: if you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs. The windows are historic and thusly not sound insulating and it gets very loud out on the streets late into the night on the weekends. The parking deck next door is super convenient, but fills up. There’s a second parking deck just a block away next to the government building which is actually a few bucks cheaper anyways. Great place and will definitely stay her again when I’m in town!

Accurate description of the apartment
I was in town for a seminar. The location of the apartment was convenient and close to the restaurants and shops. Everything was in walking distance. The apartment was clean overall. The only problem I had has nothing to do with this apartment. It is the noise on the street. It was loud. I am a light sleepers. I could hear people talking real loud all the way past midnight. This happened the three nights I stayed there.

Warning for weekenders - can be noisy! Otherwise, wonderful.
Overall, my husband and I were quite impressed with the size of this apartment, and the wonderful location allowed for us to have easy access to great food and festivities. However, be warned... on Friday and Saturday nights, we had a difficult time falling asleep with the thin, historic windows and the party crowds heading to and from clubs. Only suggestion is bring a noise machine, ear plugs and eye covers and hope for the best! Otherwise it was a lovely spot, and it in no way reflects on this place - just the pros and cons of being "close" to stuff. Definitely would return, just better prepared. :)

Perfect Location
Amazing location that allows you to walk to pretty much everything in Downtown Savannah. The townhouse was so cute and charming. The hostess was easy to communicate with and resolved any issues that we had. We parked in the garage next to the townhouse, which was perfect. We will stay here again the next time we are in Savannah because the location can't be beat. The only con was there was no curtains so the bedroom stayed lit up due to the outdoor street light right outside. Bring some disposable blackout curtains. We also packed a fan because of previous comments on the noise and it was perfect. We had no issue sleeping.

This property is in a great location to walk to just about everything, and if you're taking a tour, a bus stop is available one block away at the Telfair Museum. The apartment is cozy and comfortable. It has everything you need for a short or longer stay. The only issue is the noise. We accepted it as part of the experience, due to the location in the heart of downtown, but I feel I should mention it because it does get loud enough to wake you from a sound sleep. For us, it was a willing sacrifice. We enjoyed our time here regardless.

Overall the location was fantastic. Sunday night I was able to sleep because it was so quiet. But the weekend was pretty noisy with the pedal trolley passing several times, and the parking garage next door. But it was really a trade off, because we could walk to everything and enjoyed the location so much. So overall, I think it was great.

The property was nice. It was close enough to the action to walk. The property was extremely loud with passersby and the a/c would not keep up with the summer temps. It was 75+ during the day. It would cool off overnight and then climb right back up. The first window to the right as you enter leaves a lot to be desired. It should be covered.

The Charm of Savannah
Long weekend trip with my daughter. Had a fantastic time in Savannah and this condo was perfect for us! Located just blocks from City Market, we parked our car in the lot next door - just $29 from Thursday night to Sunday morning- and walked all over Savannah with ease from the location. The unit was clean and decorated so cute! Yes it is noisy from the street walking and driving traffic but we travel with a small fan for white noise at night and it got the most part drowned out the noise. It was a great trip and got to do so much from the Sunset Cruise on the Georgia Queen, to Ghost City’s Beyond Good an Evil Tour, the Scad art museum and tons of shopping and walking along River St. Bay St and City Market. Highly recommend and would definitely go back and rent here again!

Great for a girls trip!
The place was perfect for the 3 of us. Sooo much within walking distance that it was nice not needing to drive hardly anywhere but the beach. Very clean and spacious for the 3 of us. The locking system also made us feel very safe.

Would definitely stay again!
We absolutely loved this sweet little apartment. It was the perfect size for my significant other and I. The location was right where we wanted it and very centralized to everything with a parking garage conveniently placed right next door. It is right off of a busier street but we sleep with a fan so with the fan on, we didn’t hear hardly a thing from the streets! We only needed to reach out for one thing due to an app glitch but the property manager was extremely helpful and readily available. Certainly would stay again.

Awesome location, spacious apartment!
We loved most things about this place, great location. Easy to check in, plenty of space inside and great communication with the host! My only complaint which has nothing to do with the host is that it is very loud at night. I’m not sure if the street is busy or what but it’s on all the pedal pub routes but also people are yelling and cars are blaring until 3am Friday and Saturday nights. I guess I didn’t expect Savannah to have such an active nightlife but beware that we didn’t sleep well due to the noise outside the apartment.

Noise Ordinance is a joke!!!
Though we loved the location of this apartment, it was a joke to say there’s a noise ordinance. There is absolutely no enforcement of noise ordinance. It was LOUD!!!! If anyone says anything differently they aren’t being truthful. I could hear complete conversations of people yelling on the streets at 3:00 AM each night we stayed. The apartment was cute and charming. It could have been more clean and the bedding was TERRIBLE! The sheets are old and not made well and need to be replaced! There is no elastic at all in fitted sheet. Coverlet doesn’t really fit the bed. Fix the bedding and otherwise no complaint with bed. Because of noise level we would likely not stay again.

Location cannot be beat!
Cute apartment with everything you need! Perfect for a couple. The location was perfect. Walk out the door, and you’re smack in the middle of the beautiful historic section of Savannah! It was a bit loud after the neighborhood bars closed with obnoxious people, but that was to be expected since your so close to everything. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for real Savannah charm.

Great location but VERY LOUD
Cute apartment & fun location near lots of stores and bars but the building and it's windows are not sound insulated at all. Due to it's location near bars you can hear people screaming and talking as they walk home until 4 AM - loud enough to wake you multiple times throughout the night. However it is a great apartment if you plan on taking part in that bar scene or are a really heavy sleeper.

Very nice accomodation
The space is in a terrific location, we never had to drive and there was plenty of parking in the public garage next door. The location is close enough to everything to get there by a brief walk, but off the main drag enough to not be very noisy. The building is undergoing renovations so it was very private, we never heard or saw another person. We really enjoyed having a cocktail by the window and watching food come and go. The only complaint we had at all is that the shower wasn't very hot, if we had visited in the summer i probably wouldn't have noticed. I absolutely would stay here again, we are already planning on going back with our kids. There's a Cafe next door called grey market, they have a 6 dollar "walking burger" that was amazing! Grab yourself one of those on your way out the door to explore the city and you will not be sorry.

Lovely Apartment for Our Stay
Super clean apartment, coffeemaker with carafe or single k-cup, washing machine and dryer, 2 televisions. We found this apartment very convenient to sightseeing within the historic district. When we were shopping, we could easily stop by and drop off packages and freshen up. Very close to all restaurants and just a quick walk to Walgreens. You are only a short block to the Telfair Museum and City Market. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely loved this property! Yes the street noise can be loud at times but I always bring ear plugs when I travel anyway. Loved being so close to everything and could walk everywhere. Location, location, location
The location of the property is beyond ideal. We are frequent visitors of Savannah and are familiar with the historic district. You can walk just about anywhere you need from the property, which is great. Keep in mind - staying in such an area does come at the cost of being very loud with lots of drunk folks wondering the streets at all hours of the night. I know it’s an OLD building but I do have a couple of areas of opportunity for the owner (such as lack of water pressure..cleanliness of floors (our feet were nasty when walking around barefoot in apartment)..bath towels were all stained…no bath mat…sewage smell surfaced on occasion (which may have been the alley outside)) but overall we had a good stay. We were in town for a wedding in which I was the Maid of Honor so honestly, my schedule was too jam packed to find the time to reach out to the host about these items, being that all we did was shower and sleep at the property.

Great location, excellent property
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The accommodations are historic with charm. The Municiple parking garage is literally across the street from the unit and highly recommended ($40 for 4 days, including a Friday & Saturday). The unit is a block from one of the major streets with plenty of shopping & restaurants. The other comments about street noise are true - it's not a deal breaker, we really enjoyed our stay here.

More Than Expected!
This was my first time staying in a place other than a hotel through VRBO, and I will never go back to a hotel! This place so was so cute and a lot closer to downtown/river street than we expected. It was everything we needed and more. The fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer were a huge bonus. I would recommend this place to anyone, and definitely makes me want to come back to Savannah!
