Hi Michael,I'm sorry to hear it! Lord, we have a Roku TV in that room, and sometimes previous guests will use it for streaming services, but it takes the cable off our Comcast. Sorry we didn't hear you were having trouble with it, otherwise I would have popped right up there.Well, sounds like a few other things were disappointing too. No, we don't have coffee machines in rooms, and the next time we get beds I'm insisting we get a medium firm. Our mattresses are on the soft side.Thank you for the feedback Michael. Hi Tom,We we're very sorry to hear it. We do care very much about guest experience.I've definitely made it a point when we get new mattresses that we should get a medium firm in the future. The ones we have now are quite soft.I'm also sorry to hear it was noisy. Being in the heart of the historic district does have the benefit of location, but at times you will hear walking tours, and carriage rides. Again, sorry about that.And I'm surprised about breakfast! We usually get very good marks there. Our breakfast is cooked to order, and we always have a hot chef's choice (like a breakfast burrito or eggs benedict), or our continental- which is also homemade- granola& muffin, with daily fresh cut fruit and vanilla yogurt.But all the same, I'm sorry it disappointed.We do appreciate your feedback.We're glad that our staff was a high point.Thank you

Oh, I'm so glad the ladies made your visit memorable! They are just the sweetest.And yes, it is a bit of a nostalgic time for us. We've got an amazing team, and this ole house has treated us and our guests so well.We're not sure either how long we'll be closed- aside from some deep renovations for our building, they'll be adding a boutique hotel and a very nice restaurant next door.
