We had a beautiful stay! We enjoyed being able to walk into the heart of the city. Perfect for a few day stay with kids. The host’s were very wonderful and answered in a timely manner whenever we had questions.
This home made for the perfect stay for us in Savannah! Small yet comfortable, and close enough to the north historic district that we could walk it with ease. We'll definitely be back!
This cozy cottage was perfect for my husband and me. It had all the needed amenities and was located within a short walk to the hop on & off bus stop that is the best way to experience all that the historical distric has to offer.
We had such a good time here! They are dog friendly which is a huge plus for me. Chase was very helpful with anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!
Property was as described. Perfect for a couple. Area was quiet and within walking distance of many areas. The communication leading up to, and throughout the stay, was excellent. Highly recommend this property.
On a road trip from FL to NC, we made a stop in Savannah for 2 nights. This was the perfect place for us and our two dogs! Clean, quaint, and such an overall great experience. Location is fabulous as well! Already added it to my saved places for future stays .
It was very clean, cute, and comfortable! It was in a great location. It is the perfect size for two people. The check in and check out process was very easy and smooth. I definitely recommend staying here!
Location is perfect. Savannah is a walking city and Tea Olive Cottage is within walking distance of practically everything we wanted to do. Only drove to visit Bonaventure Cemetery. Quiet spot with all one needs. When in Savannah again, this will be my go-to place to stay. Owners were quick to respond to all questions during my booking process.
The property was exactly what we needed! A small quiet property in a safe neighborhood. We arrived after dark and the lights were on to welcome us! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to during our stay, including a Kroger. Street parking was easily accessible on the weekend. The owners were responsive to questions in a timely manner and very welcoming. I would highly recommend their properties!
Very well done on the inside with plenty of space for 2 people. Very clean. Good communication. Location is also very good for downtown and but very much so a nice, quiet place to come back to.Highly recommend.
Very comfortable, cozy, and private. You could not pick a better spot to get to literally everywhere on foot. We didn’t drive the entire time we stayed. 5 minute walk to Clary’s (best breakfast!) 10 min. Walk to Forsyth park, 20 minute walk to the shops and the river and museums. Just perfect. Will definitely stay here again!!!
Cute cottage! Felt safe with a code on the gate and the cottage. Had all we needed for our two-night stay in Savannah. We didn't have a car and were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.
This was a cute cottage. Very quiet location. The street parking was safe. Safe neighborhood to walk the dog. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen is as described. The small dorm refrigerator freezer works amazing unlike hotel dorm size refrigerator. Two burner hot plate and microwave for simple meals. The fenced courtyard was nice and friendly for dog. Good quiet find.
We walked from the house to Forsyth Park to the Riverfront and back! It was a lot of walking but very doable from this location. Loved the private feel within the courtyard. Everything was very clean and large enough for a family of 3 and a dog. We didn’t use the hot plate to cook, but the mini kitchen appliances seemed adequate to make a meal. We opted for restaurants instead!
The cottage is well located on the eastern edge of the Historic District within a 10 to 15 minute walk of several good restaurants. There is also an excellent coffee shop/bakery close by. At the end of the block there’s a dog park which we found very convenient. The cottage itself was adequately sized and reasonably comfortable but in need of some sprucing up, painting and repairs. All in all a pleasant enough stay in Savannah. Be forewarned there is a 100 dog fee which does not show up on the original booking. It is mentioned elsewhere on the listing and charged separately.
Had a wonderful stay at the Tea Olive Cottage! Quiet walkable neighborhood (about a 20 minute stroll to Broughton) with plenty of restaurants close by. (The kitchenette was a lovely bonus for early breakfasts before starting the day!)
Parking was easy, the gate was well marked, and the locked courtyard made everything feel secure and private. The space was modern, bright, and clean and was set up very nice for hanging out or eating.
The only thing I’d change/improve would be the bathroom. Totally fine and clean, but it needs to be updated to match the caliber of the rest of the unit.
Would definitely stay here again!
We loved our stay at the Tea Olive Cottage. It was centrally located in a quiet street in the historic district. Easy walk to riverfront and Forsyth Park areas. The cottage was very clean and just as pictured. We had an issue with checking in - the lock on the front gate was not working. Both Brandon and Chase were very responsive - they communicated the status, made every effort to get us inside, and Chase stayed with us to make sure we had access to the cottage. They just need to update their check-in instructions as the lock is different on the gate than it is for the cottage itself. We appreciated how quickly and thoroughly they resolved that issue and they ensured our stay was comfortable. I highly recommend this property when staying in Savannah.
Loved staying here! It was a super-clean and well-kept little cottage on a gorgeous street, very easy to get into/great communication from hosts, good price, and WONDERFUL location—everything in downtown Savannah is in walking distance. Would love to stay again!
