We has a great time during our stay. The tourist magazines were very helpful. The home was clean and looked like the pictures.I do recommend the owners complete repairs in the upstairs bathrooms. The tubs were pealing in both bathrooms and the soap dispenser in one bathroom was empty. We had to buy seasoning since there was nothing in the kitchen. We wanted to bake a cake but there were nonly cookie sheets. I've stayed at places that were very well stocked in the kitchen and made us feel we were in a home away from home.The location is great!

The condo was not only in a perfect location, close to everything, but also so spacious for our family. I will definitely be looking into renting again!
Was easy to find, located near grocery and retail stores, also fast food. Did need more towels for 5 people for 3 days. Also pot holders. It was a very nice and ckean house
Cute, Comfortable and Close to Tybee and downtown Savannah
This property was perfect for our needs during our stay. We visited the area for 2 nights and needed to be close to both Tybee Island and downtown Savannah. This home was conveniently located between both areas. It is on a main road, so there is a little road noise, and the occasional dog barking, but otherwise a quiet neighborhood. Nice decor and comfortable beds. Very clean. It is an older unit, so there is some wear and tear on some of the fixtures and walls, but overall very cute and comfortable. Property managers did a great job of communicating and alerting us of events in the area that could affect parking or sightseeing.

Great dog friendly duplex between downtown Savannah and Tybee Island!
This home was perfect for my husband and I along with our little Shih Tzu’s! There is a shared yard area that isn’t fenced but easy to leash up our dogs for a quick potty break. Across the street is a wide sidewalk area for doggie walks. The home had two bedrooms upstairs and the bed was very comfortable! We spent time in the historical downtown area of Savannah which was less than 20min drive. We also spent time on Tybee island which was less than 15min drive. We also found a large public dog park for the dogs to run around unleashed a few minutes away in an RV campground. Everything was conveniently located and we look forward to another stay in the near future!
Our stay at Wilmington condos worked out good for us. My mother in law had her own room and bathroom and since her hearing isnt good she stayed in the front bedroom on the street side so therefore street traffic didnt disturb her. There was a nice walking trail area right across the street. The owners worked with us for early checkin and it was surely appreciated since we had to be at rehearsal at 5 and checkin was 4. right acriss the street

All bedrooms were on 2nd floor and we don't do stairs well. This need to be shared with future renters. The TV didn't work upstairs and we were told to reboot the router, not sure where the router was, couldn't find one, never watched TV in bedroom. The Freezer ice bucket was frozen, you couldn't get ice through the door and you couldn't retrieve out of the bucket, if you don't already have, then get some ice before you arrive. The cleaning staff was nice and friendly. It's on a busy road too and not very quiet. Outside lights in the stay on all night and without curtains on the bedrooms it's hard to sleep. Dogs barking kept some of my family awake too. Some on the towel hangers and handles on the furniture came off or were about to come off.
It's close enough to the beach that it was an okay stay.
Easy to find, with good location for us to attend a Savannah Bananas game. perfect size for my family of 5. Bed were extremely comfortable. **bedrooms are upstairs and staircase is pretty steep. Not an isssue for us, but would be for someone with mobility issues**
My family and I stayed for 3 days. It was very clean, perfect for traveling with our small dog, and super spacious. We were a 10-20 minute drive from beautiful Savannah and the same to Tybee Island beach. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to visit again!

We loved the location. It was close enough to Tybee Island and the Historic District, just about 15 minutes away from both. Needs some upgrading in the kitchen and bathrooms, but enjoyed how roomy it was, bedrooms located on second level . Also an outside sitting area. We were happy to come back to a quiet place in the evening after the hustle and bustle of Savannah attractions.Enjoyed our visit here.

The house looked like they weren’t quite done with renovations. A piece of equipment was sticking out of a closet where furnace was. Screws and debris were in some drawers. There was no hair dryer and when I asked, I was told to prove it by taking pictures. The sheets were scratchy. The yard had many holes like some creatures lived back there, so we did not want to take our dog back there.
You could tell this condo is a work in progress. Overall it is nicely decorated and updated, beds are comfortable and plenty of room. If little things are fixed then it will be a very nice place to stay. The location was great for going into Savannah and to Tybee Island as it was pretty much right in the middle. Also close to grocery store and numerous restaurants.
The stay at the property was very comfortable and peaceful! The condo was furnished nicely with extremely comfortable beds. Overall we had a great stay.
Overall, we were very pleased with the condo. It was really in a great place to get either to Savannah or Tybee Island. The one thing we were disappointed in was the back porch was filled with leaves, and we couldn’t sit there if we wanted to. We had a great time while we were there.
We booked a last minute vacation to Savannah/ Tybee and got the cutest place! The location was perfectly between both areas and was super quiet and convenient. The condo was clean, spacious (the beds are HUGE), and the host was friendly and accessible. Highly recommend! 5 stars and 2 thumbs up for this!

Basic package
This was a basic place to stay, not ready for us when we arrived due to a plumbing issue, broken fixtures in bathroom, unclean vents, bugs in each room.
Overall the condo was clean and well decorated but there are a few things that could of been better to make the stay better. The bathroom attached to the back bedroom did not have a shower curtain liner and the shower curtain that was there had alot of mildew on it. Also that same tub did not drain well at all. The kitchen needed potholders and another towel. The living area had no lamps so you were forced to use the bright can lights or the fan light. The grass was finally cut during our stay but before that you could not have walked in the backyard and it did not look inviting; also I think wasps were making a nest on the patio. Definately did not want to go out there. All these things are easy to fix and would make future stays more enjoyable. I did not take pictures unfortunately.

Cockroaches!!!
The very first day we stepped on a huge cockroach downstairs by the 1/2 bath. I am terrified of cockroaches and find them disgusting, they are carriers of serious diseases. We put our phone flashlights under the fridge and saw movement, obviously more of the same. I barely slept that first night for fear of others surfacing, there is NEVER one cockroach!!
We contacted the property manager (Vacasa) and received a canned response. We texted back and forth telling them we did not want to stay in a place with cockroaches and asked numerous times to be relocated. We were there for 3 nights dealing with Vacasa who kept saying the "local team" would take care it. There is no local team.
On the last day, I washed my very long hair and found there was no hair dryer even though it was listed as one of the amenities. They keep texting that the "local team" would bring one over, after being completely frustrated I called the number given and talked to a Vacasa representative. When I asked where he was located he told me he was in South America!!!! I asked him to be honest and tell me if a hair dryer was on its way and he said no, not to expect one today.
I tried to dry my hair as best as I could under the ceiling fan on high speed then bending over and back erect quickly (as we used to do when we were teenagers) which made us late for our Magnolia Plantation tour which in turn made us late for our other reservations later that day.

Great Place to Stay
This was a perfect place to stay during our visit to Savannah. I felt like we were centrally located for everything we wanted to do and this place is nice and clean with 2 parking spaces. I'd never been on Wilmington Island so it was a really nice change from where we normally stay when we visit. We'll definitely stay here again. My only disappointment was that they only have streaming available and during football season it would be nice to have local and sports channels available.

The Entire Place Needed Cleaning!
The floors were disgusting. The bottoms of my feet were covered in grime after walking around for a few minutes. We purchased Swiffer wet pads in an attempt to clean - didn't even make a dent. Ended up scrubbing the kitchen floor by hand.
Many of the drinking glasses were clearly not clean. The dryer lint trap had not been emptied in ages. The shelves in the bedroom closets were covered in drywall dust that got on anything you placed on the shelves.
The property manager did apologize and reimbursed my cleaning fee and purchased cleaning products. But check the level of cleanliness before you accept this property!
