"An absolutely wonderful place to stay. The service was exceptional and the staff could not have been more attentive throughout my time at the hotel (organising activities, in the restaurant and generally just checking in to make sure everything was okay). The rooms are not the most beautiful, but the grounds of the hotel and the reserve are stunning. The wildlife on site is incredible. There is a very handy shuttle bus that takes you to the national park and the beach which was very efficient and convenient. "

"This place is absolutely beautiful and just a 5-minute walk from the beach, offering stunning ocean views. The staff are so friendly, and the breakfast buffet included delicious papaya and mango. "

"Where this property is situated makes the view of the ocean even better! The staff are nice and you just can’t match it with any other place. From having animal visitors like the monkeys or seeing the birds, it really is an incredible place. The only thing I would have to call out is in the evening at night there are these beatle/spider looking bugs and the rooms for some reason have an opening that they can easily enter. I was able to block them after spraying Lysol and covering the hole with tissues. I know it’s expected to have bugs around but that small gap on the bottom of the door is what threw us off. Other than that, the ocean view room was incredible and I can’t wait to go back with my family this time around! "

"Overall, the property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The wildlife was a highlight of the stay. We saw monkeys, a sloth, lizards and many different types of birds, which made the experience feel especially unique. The hotel itself was peaceful and never felt overly crowded, which was a major plus. The main drawback was the service, which was consistently slow throughout the stay. From check-in to being seated and served at lunch and dinner, there were noticeable delays. At the wet bar, I waited about 15 minutes before the bartender was able to take my order. It did not seem to be a reflection of the staff themselves, but rather that the property appeared understaffed, especially at the restaurants and bars. Checkout was similar, with only one person at the front desk managing both phone calls and guest departures. The food and drinks were very good and clearly well prepared, though they felt overpriced given the level of service. Overall, the property itself was lovely and the setting was memorable, but the staffing and service experience did not quite match the price point. Note: If you plan to drive, be extremely careful as there were a lot of cars parked on the side of the road by beach goers, making it narrow and dangerous with oncoming vehicles."

"This hotel was amazing! Without a rental car, trips added up quickly- it is far from everything!!! The beach was empty, stunning, and wellmaintained. The staff were super kind & helpful. I would recommend staying here if you want a laid back trip! Macaws flying around were so pretty (and loud!) we also saw parrots, iguanas, and many other animals! Restaurant was good, it is a bit limited menu, but everything we ate/drank was delicous (Guanabana drink was hard to top!)."

"There really is nothing to fault. What an incredible stay. Perfect location. Easy to walk to the beach and local restaurants, supermarket etc. Staff were just delightful esp on reception and in Anaconda, made such a fuss over my son for his birthday. Room was huge and the view, well just to die for, (B2) never had such a large balcony, it was amazing. I did question this hotel before I booked as there was some mixed reviews and the pictures were dated, I am so glad we did, it exceeded all expectations. We had sloths in the trees by reception, the best daily monkey breakfasts which were hilarious, especially when we had our French toast stolen. Just magic. Thank you!!!"
