A 4×4 vehicle is required to access the property. The home is located approximately 3 km from the main highway via a steep, unpaved mountain road. The drive offers privacy, breezes, and beautiful views.

Ultimate Pura Vida!

Our family with a mix of Canadians and Ticos had the BEST time at Casa Cielo Rojo. House and property are gorgeous and Matt was an outstanding host!! Beautiful tropical landscaping and views of both mountains and ocean (at a distance) were highlights… stars were incredible at night!! House and casita are beautifully decorated and made the perfect location for our family meals… Location was super convenient to explore many beaches - with a little bit of a drive. In our experience, a 4x4 vehicle is key to enjoying the property and surrounding areas… We are very grateful to Matt for his attentiveness and responsiveness… we would highly recommend this property!!
