"The staff was great and welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean. The shower was strong and wonderful. The hotel was walking distance to pubs and restaurants. Overall a great night."

"Large, clean rooms and friendly staff. The location is really nice - tucked into the woods a short drive away from tourist sites. Lots of kids and families, but still private. Only downside was that the rooms aren't soundproofed, so you can hear people moving overhead. But everyone was respectful and quiet, so this was not a problem during my stay. Would definitely recommend!"

"The room was clean. The property could use a little updating. The bathtub was nice and shower nice and no standing water in tub. Towels could be updated and matching. I was only there for one night, so I didn’t use the amenities. The beds were very comfortable."

"Hotel on North has been my go to every time I go back home to Pittsfield. The staff is always friendly and courteous. The rooms are clean, comfortable, large, and amazing. It is like recapturing a part of where I grew up! I always have a great stay at Hotel on North!"

"It was very convenient for an overnight with pool and close to downtown. Affordable. I stayed in the annex so no noise from other guests!"

"The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was small but nice. Lots of construction in the parking areas but luckily we got a parking space. Staff was friendly and helpful. We ate at the hotel, the food was good."
