Our room had more bugs then any hotel I have ever stayed at. First time staying there and will be the last. Centipede hanging on the ceiling, dead bugs on the windowsill. Looks like it hadn’t been dusted in a while. Just gross

My Dad stayed here while waiting for his apartment. The staff was great, kept an eye out for him. He was very comfortable in his room and speaks of his stay there fondly when we drive by running errands. Thank you so much!

The only worrisome aspect of our stay was the front desk person asked us if we were here for business or pleasure. When we said pleasure. And then we asked why they asked. They said thry don’t want local people staying here having relations (sex for money) at the hotel. They asked us what the purpose was for our stay. We live 4 hours away and were meeting our daughter and her fiance for a convention. They were also staying at this hotel, as were their business partners. We thought the line of questioning was inappropriate. We booked the hotel to stay overnight and didn’t appreciate the staff wanting to know our business. Their comments were definitely NOT what we were there for. It made myself and my husband very uncomfortable with staying there.

Excellent service, clean and wonderful environment. We were living there with a baby, but had no issues at all. There is free coffee everytime available but no breakfast. We cooked mostly our own bf/lunch/dinner meals. They clean rooms after a week, but after putting a request they came and vacuumed carpet. Aldie is just across the road, walmart is also just 0.8miles. Over all I would rate it high.

My only complaint is that my room wreaked of Indian food. I like Indian food, but could definitely have used a bit of air freshener. Since guests are able to cook in their rooms, providing some sort of air freshener would probably be a good idea.

Nice inside, but dont go outside/trashed
the room inside was nice, but the outside was trashed! There was soda cans, bottles, paper trash, clumps of dirt and leaves everywhere. I had to step over trash to get in the door and there was soda cans all along the walkways. The outside look was disturbing!!

We enjoyed our two week stay with Candlewood Suites. It was our home away from home. The kitchen made our room very comfortable. Refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, small stovetop, and dishwasher all added to the feeling of home. This hotel even offered 24 hour coffee and a complimentary laundry. Housekeeping was great. Our housekeeper Hannah did a great job keeping us stocked with supplies. Overall we were very pleased. Our only complaint would be the quality of our TV. The picture was very dim, perhaps needing replacement?

It was exactly what we needed while traveling with our dog (or not). Full kitchen and stocked with adequate supplies. Rooms were spacious. It was a pleasant surprise to find a gym, laundry and lending library. Very clean! Great personnel who were friendly and helpful. Beds / pillows were sooo comfortable! I was very surprised by entire experience for the price. Booked another.

We come and stay there every year when we come up to visit family. I like that it has the kitchenette. But the room really needed maintenance done in the bathroom, stuff was broken in the fridge something sticky was on the wall behind the night stand. Not to mention the staff are just the most unfriendly people. You try and say good morning to them and they just grumble at you. When we were trying to check in we stood at the desk waiting while the lady was outside smoking. One one the cleaning staff that was walling out with a bunch of food stopped and talked to her for a few then told her we were waiting. Sorry to say but we will probably say some place else next year. Kathryn.

This is a wonderful hotel. I had a beautiful studio suite. There is a full size refrigerator, 2 burner stove, sink, and dishwasher in the kitchen. The room was very spacious. I was only there one night but would have loved to have stayed longer.

The room was very nice! Everything needed to cook was included in the kitchen including pans and cups. There was also a fridge to put food. The room was spacious and AC was included. There was also a TV in the room. On the first floor, there is also a place to do laundry and gym jf needed. Parking was also available.

The room was okay, the bathroom door stuck, desk chair was inoperable, utensils mismatched, food left in the freezer, no amenities, confusing billing, and Expedia cost me $21 more than the onsite rate. Desk clerks were very nice. But, too many staff and friends hanging out in the hotel.
