"I was given a room that had no bedspread and wasn't updated. There were new mattresses and mirrors lining the hallways. During the second night, on the floors above me there was so much noise. It sounded like fighting. I tried to call the front desk but the phone wasn't working. When I checked out, I did tell the desk clerk. He said that the noise makers would be asked to move out. It was too late to make any difference to me,"
