"I did not stay at this hotel. It was a fraud case. I booked a room for feb 23rd and when showed up they said I did not have reservations. I'm am disputing with bank and hotel. "

"Extremely friendly front desk staff, small but well equipped hotel gym, small pool without shade, good breakfast sides but not my favorite egg dishes, free laundry machines with long term stays, nice room/suite, in a good part of town with lots close by. I really liked this place and would definitely return if I'm ever in that area."

"The house had everything you could possibly need. We fell in love with the reclining chairs in the living room. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and appliances. It was very clean and well stocked with towels and even pool toys/floaties. Everything was well maintained and beds/pillows were very comfy. The host was great and had excellent communication. The pool was comfortably heated and the spa was perfect and would heat to 104. We would highly recommend this house to anyone staying in the Avondale area. "

"This property is well maintained, very clean, and neighbors are quiet. I enjoyed having a portable speaker and all the other amenities. I was also able to make changes to my reservation with no hassle.. The host response time on returning message were within minutes. I truly enjoyed my stay and I would stay there again. "

"We stayed at this property for one month. We had a great time! Home is comfortable, well stocked and very clean! We enjoyed communicating with the Hosts!
