"Book my stay online got to the hotel front desk. Staff was eager to help very friendly. The hotel lobby was spotless and clean the amenities in the room where everything they said they would be nice pool and spa. I will definitely be returning."
"I feel lied to by google and Expedia. The photos represented online are NOT a representation of what this place is in person. It is a heroine hotel. The area itself is NOT safe, do not come here alone and if you do BRING A DOG. The attendees are doing drugs in the parking lot, fighting with each other, and I watched a dude take a fat crap in the Chevron parking lot across the street while his partner cheered him on (won’t lie, I laughed).
However…the people are just trying to get by and will leave you alone for the most part. The staff are very friendly and helpful. When we rolled in at midnight (drove for about 14 hours) the hotel (I’m assuming manager or owner) showed us to our parking spot, and helped carry our bags up to the second floor. I think he did this because he knew we were really freaked out by the environment and that speaks volumes.
The property is absolutely trashed. The rooms are not clean, the doors barely locked, it’s loud and sketchy asf. It’s overrun by drug addicts and sex workers just trying to get by. The price I paid for one night was a little crazy but whatever.
The only saving grace is the awesome staff and I can’t thank them enough for making us feel a slightly more at ease. Them and the one wacked out couple that pet my dog and told her she was a very good girl. "
"As far as the stay goes, while we were extremely grateful that this home was available to us since our other rental property canceled one week before my sister’s wedding, this house was less than ideal. We had to clean the microwave, the oven, and rewash dishes. The towel rack in the main bathroom, fell off the wall the moment someone brushed up against it. There were stains and dirt on the walls, bugs, trash in front of the house and in the backyard. The curtains are thin and see through. The curtain rods are cheap and bending. There was very little storage in each bedroom. There was no sufficient lighting in the bedrooms, the main bedroom only has a lamp underneath the television that barely lit quarter of the room. The teapot handle was broken, and there were holes in the floor covered up by rugs.While I always lead with gratitude, I have to be honest about our experience."
"A group of 7 family members and I came into town for a graduation party. The house was the perfect size for our big group. The additional bathroom/powder room was perfect for 5 women to get ready at the same time! The house was spacious and clean and the beds were super comfortable. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my elderly parents. The whole house was perfect for our group. Highly recommend!"
