Great views, and excellent staff and service. The staff were super helpful and patient. We had an additional guest and the front desk person took her time to come up with an elegant solution that was beneficial to all.

Smaller, very friendly charming hotel, on the Atlantic side of the Island. Lovely clean room with an amazing view over the grounds and out to sea. Good food, excellent service from friendly staff. I came to get some peace and relaxation, and to get away from hoards of people, which is exactly what I got. I wish I had stayed longer. Thank you Bacolet Beach Club, I will be back. ♥️🌞♥️

We took a day trip to Tobago. I found the property on Expedia and booked it. The room was nice, clean and had air conditioning, so that was my main concern. The pool was nice and there was a small private beach. The room was perfect for us and we enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recomend to anyone looking to enjoy a quiet, beautiful stay in this magical place...

Has potential to be great as the pic store suggested. A bit dated and rustic not sure if it’s intentional. The food was excellent at the restaurant next door. No ADA accommodations was very disappointing.

Wonderful...with a few glitches

My wife and I loved Bacolet Beach Club. We had a wonderful experience there. And there were a few glitches. The air conditioning had problems. The phone to the front desk did not work. Small things. Yet things that caused challenges. We did not expect to have to pay the bill upon arrival to the hotel. Be warned. No problems at the end, just a bit surprised. We would stay there again.

I had a wonderful time at Bacolet Beach club. From airport pick up to my return home, the customer service was on point. Kudos to Tessa and Kelcia!! When I arrived there were a few hiccups such as no TV remote and the kettle was not working. These were promptly rectified by Kelcia. The room was clean prior to arrival and was cleaned everyday. Beds were well-made and bathroom was clean and well maintained. The meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) were delicious with great options. I was happy about the breakfast changes each morning. Tessa, thanks for being so accommodating by allowing us to stay out longer while holding our lunches until we returned. This was a pleasant vacation. Only thing is that the room wi-fi needs to be upgraded as it was poor at times. Overall, it was a good experience and I will definitely return!!!!!!

Despite losing an entire night because we arrived the next day, the room was not ready. Upon entering the room, it was as pictured on the advertisement. The furniture was older and the beds was not comfortable. The Superior penthouse suite did not appear to be rented for some time because the facilities were rusted with lots of lime scale. The patio doors did not lock; however, they did resolve the issue by sending a maintenance person to adjust the doors. The pool that was closest to the room was out of commission for the entire stay. The room lacked a working television that provided local channel access. Be prepared to subscribe to a streaming service if you want to watch television. The refrigerator did not get cold unless you put the items in the freezer. The steps that headed down to the pool were either infested with ants and termites or were narrow and very steep which was a safety hazard. In regards to the complimentary breakfast and dinner, this was by far the most disappointing. There were not many local traditional foods and the dinner options were limited. Many items advertised on the menu were unavailable. The food was sub-par and had a non Caribbean taste.

This resort was dilapidated and is in desperate need of a facelift. I am usually a glass half full rather than half empty type of person who tries to look for the positive in every situation. However, based on my experience I will not recommend this location to anyone. My party of 4 booked 2 Bay Rooms with breakfast included for 3 nights. We were placed in 2 rooms upon arrival but encountered the following issues in the rooms. Rodent and cockroach faeces in cupboards, drawers, and corners of the room, the bed linen was covered in mildew, stained, and had a bad odour. Also, the bathroom fixtures were faulty (only boiling hot water in one shower, whilst the other only had cold water). After 2 hrs of waiting, we were moved to 2 other rooms. However, these rooms also had issues. The bed linens and pillows had a bad odour, big brown stains were visible on the pillows which were clearly unwashed, broken bathroom fixtures (shower handle detached). A pair of pliers was given to us by the repair guy to open and close the shower. Also, no channels on TV. Only YouTube is available if you do not have a subscription to a video service like Netflix, Disney Plus etc. Construction (jack hammer) noise was also a problem during the day. The resort was also poorly lit at night. Breakfast left much to be desired for. The private beach is beautiful. This resort has great potential, but it is in desperate need of a facelift and proper maintenance.
