  • This handicap accessible private home is 5 miles from the beach, 12 miles from downtown Portland, and 9 miles from Portland International Jetport. The 6-year-old home is newly renovated, and has an all-season porch attached. The location is quiet and peaceful, and equipped with a generator. You will feel like you are in the countryside, yet close to everything. We offer weekly and monthly rental discounts. A 10% discount for a full week rental, 35% discount for monthly rental.

For our visit with family who live in Scarborough, the house was ideally located. It’s close enough to Portland and Saco to enjoy their attractions and close enough to Rt 95 to travel further afield. The house itself has a great view of a marsh and an enclosed porch to enjoy it from. It also has about everything you need if you plan to eat in. Everything about making arrangements to stay there was easy. We would stay there again.

The property is great! I felt the location was perfect....gave us the feeling privacy but was also located within a few minutes drive to anything we needed or wanted to do. Beautiful forest view

This place has a very cozy sunroom off the master bedroom overlooking a beautiful field. The bedrooms are spacious. We were very comfortable here and had a great time visiting the beach and area amusement parks.

We loved this secluded home. It was only a 10 minute drive from the Scarborough Fish & Game club where we competed in the Maine State Sporting Clays shoot. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We liked it and booked to go back in September!

Very Clean, Great Central Location

Very clean & tidy, appliances & all in good condition. Lots of the little things you need in the kitchen were present, unlike many rentals. Overall very good place to stay. Very clean and comfortable! The home was equipped with everything needed! And the first property we have stayed at that was better than the pictures! Cottage was cozy and clean, perfect size for our family of 5 to spread out. Nice quiet location, close driving distance to so much. Great communication from property manager. Coastal Maine Get-Away!

My sister and I took our 92 yr old mom on a mother/daughter trip to coastal Maine--we picked the perfect spot to stay! The home was located close to beaches, restaurants and attractions, yet was completely quiet, private and surrounded by nature. Although my mom is spry and active, it was nice to have everything on the ground floor and with a ramp to the front door. The kitchen was well equipped (so glad it had a Keurig coffee maker!) and having 2 bathrooms for the 3 bedrooms was a much appreciated plus!

Home away from home

We rented this lovely home over Thanksgiving last year and were so delighted with everything it had to offer we decided to rent it this year for our Thanksgiving celebration. It's quiet, clean, well laid out and has a well stocked kitchen for cooking. It is located near local restaurants and beaches should one choose to venture out, The hosts are most gracious and communication was prompt. They even had wonderful personal touches-homemade soap in the bathrooms and fresh flowers on the table to great us when we entered. We would highly recommend this place and look forward to staying there again.

Excellent property

This property is a central location for most activities. Everything is updated and exceptionally nice. The owner responds quickly, in fact I inquired as to which kind of coffee maker there was and it was the regular type and he responded again that he put a Keurig, as well. A very nice one, too. The yard was big enough for our grandson to play baseball. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking in that area for a nice place to stay.
