- A large and stately 6 bedroom villa with private tennis court and views out over blue Scarborough Harbour and surrounding areas.
Villa Motts offers luxury, convenience, and comfort. Three of the 6 ensuite bedrooms are located on the ground floor, the other three are located on the upper level. All bedrooms have wall mounted TV’s and 5 bedrooms open out to the full width verandahs overlooking the view.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers a sitting room and living area with dining that moves effortlessly into the chef’s kitchen and laundry. The verandah with outdoor dining overlooks the pool and tennis court.
Villa Motts comfortably accommodates 12 adults and 2 children.
