"Everything was great. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The only thing with the room was the shower curtain was too short so water was getting everywhere. "

"The Cork Factory is one of my two favorite hotels in Lancaster. It’s unique, away from the center of town but close enough to everything. I look forward to seeing the same front desk people, no matter what time I check in. There’s absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel."
