Welcome to the Am Kurpark apartment building in Scharbeutz.
This quiet holiday home is located right next to the spa park and the tennis courts. Just a few steps away, you’ll find the beautiful Dünenmeile with its charming boutiques, cosy restaurants and cafes, and the beach.
The building features coin-operated washing machines and dryers for guests’ use. A parking space at the building is available to you free of charge during your stay.

We invite you to visit the beautiful Baltic Sea coast year-round to enjoy relaxing beach walks or bike rides.

Am Kurpark Apartment 9:

Welcome to the Am Kurpark apartment building in Scharbeutz—a cosy retreat just about 150 metres from the beach and right next to the popular promenade and dune trail. Located right next to the Kurpark, this is the perfect starting point for strolling through the charming restaurants and shops in the area and enjoying the seaside atmosphere.


This comfortable 65-square-meter holiday apartment accommodates up to 4 people and spans two levels (maisonette). The designer hardwood floors give the apartment a warm and inviting atmosphere.
On the lower level is the living area with a cosy couch, a large TV with cable, a dining area for 4 people, and a spacious closet. From here, you can also access the balcony, which offers a place to relax in the fresh air.


The separate kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen is the bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m, separate mattresses, height 45 cm). Upstairs, you’ll find the loft room with two single beds and a chest of drawers.


From the hallway, you can also access the shower room with a window and a toilet—everything you need for a comfortable stay.
For our younger guests, we provide additional amenities: 2 high chairs, a children’s stool, children’s cutlery, and a practical safety rail from IKEA to ensure the little ones stay safely in bed.


A coin-operated washing machine and dryer, as well as a lockable bike storage room, are available. Parking is available in a private parking space directly in front of the house. For dog owners: Your dog is welcome here! This is a non-smoking apartment!
