Welcome to the well-maintained and quiet Linda-Lu apartment complex.


The approximately 65 m² two-room apartment in Scharbeutz is furnished for 2–4 people and is located
on the ground floor, featuring a large south-facing terrace and two sun loungers.


The spacious living room features a leather sleeper sofa for 2 people, a comfortable sofa set, a flat-screen TV with a soundbar, a hi-fi system, and exterior blinds. The bedroom is equipped with a box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m, full-length mattress), a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV; there is also an exterior blind here to block out the light.

The separate kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, oven with microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and a dining area for 4 people.


The bathroom features a walk-in shower with overhead and handheld showerheads, a toilet, a high-quality mirror cabinet that provides ample storage space, a hair dryer, and a bathroom radio. A complimentary toiletries set consisting of hair/body gel, body lotion, and hand soap is available for your use.
The apartment is accessible via 4 steps only.
A washing machine and dryer are available for your free use in the shared basement. It is located right next to the garages.
Rates are for 3 people; the 4th person pays a surcharge of 10.00 euros per night.

You can also relax in the well-maintained garden area, which features a seating and sunbathing area as well as a cosy glass pavilion.

Relax in our well-maintained garden with a lawn for sitting and sunbathing, as well as a cosy gazebo. Children and pets are welcome here.

Our property is quietly situated in the magnificent landscape of Schleswig-Holstein, close to both the sea and the forest. There is a bus stop right in front of the house, from which you can use the Ostsee-Card to take a comfortable, discounted ride to the beach—and back, of course. Alternatively, you can reach the Baltic Sea beach on foot in about 15–20 minutes. The Ostsee-Therme spa and the golf course are approximately 2.5 km away. An ideal starting point for all your adventures.

Look forward to 1-, 2-, and 3-room apartments, some of which have been completely refurnished with attention to detail, featuring a balcony (with the exception of Apartment 07) or a terrace, ranging in size from 29 m² to 75 m².

Each apartment features a kitchen—some with a dishwasher—a bathroom with a shower, cable TV, and Wi-Fi. Bed linens and towels are included.

Pets are welcome in the apartments with terraces.

A washing machine and dryer are available for your free use in the communal basement.
