In just 3–5 minutes on foot, you’ll reach the centre of Scharbeutz with its beautiful stretch of dunes and many restaurants, shopping options, and a bakery for your morning rolls.
The medical centre is about 650 metres away, and the supermarkets are about 500 metres away.

The modern "SaM" duplex holiday apartment spans approximately 78 square metres of living space across two floors (1st floor + 2nd floor) and offers ample space for up to 5 people. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible by lift or stairs. An optimal floor plan and two balconies provide a pleasant atmosphere for you to enjoy your holiday
You enter the Scharbeutz apartment through the spacious entryway, which leads directly into the spacious living area with kitchen, Bedroom I, and bathroom. The rooms have been designed and furnished with great attention to detail and good taste. A high level of comfort is guaranteed.
The kitchen is open to the living area and offers comprehensive, high-quality amenities. In addition to an oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher, you’ll find a standard coffee maker as well as a Tchibo capsule coffee machine. There is also a wine refrigerator, allowing you to keep your drinks at the perfect temperature.
In the open-concept living-dining area, in addition to the kitchen and a dining area, there is a comfortable sofa set that invites you to relax on the sofa. A large flat-screen TV and a Blu-ray/DVD player round out the living room.
The Scharbeutz holiday rental offers a total of three bedrooms, two of which are each equipped with a flat-screen TV. The bedrooms are located on both the 1st and 2nd floors. Bedroom I has one double bed (1.80 x 2 m), Bedroom II is also equipped with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m), and Bedroom III has a single bed (0.90 x 2 m).
Bedrooms II and III feature walk-in closets.
All bedrooms can be completely darkened using duplex pleated blinds. This ensures a restful night’s sleep.

The apartment features two fully equipped, spacious bathrooms located on the 1st and 2nd floors. A cosmetic mirror and a washing machine are also available there.
From the living area, you can access the spacious south/west-facing balcony. It is furnished and offers sunshine well into the evening hours. Additionally, the upper floor features a rooftop terrace with an awning, accessible through Bedroom II.
Underfloor heating throughout the apartment ensures added comfort.

Free Wi-Fi is available here. The owner also provides a free high chair and a free portable cot with an extra mattress. Children’s tableware is also available in the kitchen. The staircase is equipped with a safety gate. Games and books are available for the whole family.
There is a designated outdoor parking space next to the house for your car, and your bicycles can be stored in the lockable bike shed.

During the 2026 season from May 15 to September 15, 2026, a beach chair will be available for your use.
