Welcome to the Hanseaten Residenz, Apartment 3

This two-room ground-floor apartment is located near the beach and is only about 150 metres from the Baltic Sea. Here, up to 3 people (2 adults and 1 child) will find the perfect holiday home to make their Baltic Sea holiday unforgettable. The living/dining room, featuring a corner sofa that can be converted into a third sleeping area (sleeping surface: 1.20 x 2.00 m), invites you to relax. A large smart TV, radio, and stereo system provide entertainment. The dining table with 4 chairs is also located here, and the integrated kitchen—which offers all the amenities you need—is just a short walk away. A ceramic cooktop with 4 burners and an oven ensure that the kitchen stays warm and inviting. A refrigerator with a small freezer compartment and a dishwasher are also located here.

This room also leads out to the furnished west-facing terrace. A hedge provides privacy here, and a patio umbrella protects against excessive sunlight.

The bedroom is equipped with a box-spring bed (sleeping area 1.80 x 2.00 m with a full-length mattress), a spacious closet, and a 2 TV. Exterior blinds ensure a peaceful night’s sleep.

The bathroom features a shower and a toilet. Underfloor heating provides cosy warmth.
During the season, 2026 (15.05. - 15.09.25) Guests have access to a seasonal beach chair on the beach.
A parking space is available at the house. There is an outdoor parking area for bicycles, and well-behaved dogs are allowed! This is a non-smoking apartment. Wi-Fi is included

A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement for a fee.

Just 50 metres away, you’ll find the beautiful white-sand beach and the modern promenade with its mile-long stretch of dunes. The apartments are very comfortable and warmly furnished, leaving almost nothing to be desired for your holiday. Apartment 18 features an infrared sauna for those cold days.

Nearby, you’ll find a bike rental shop and a mini-golf course.
