This spacious 2-room holiday apartment is furnished to accommodate 4 people (3 adults and 1 child) and is located on the ground floor. Right nearby, you’ll find the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach and the Scharbeutz Dune Mile, with a variety of cafes, restaurants, and shops where you can shop, dine, or simply stroll along the mile. The apartment features a living room with a comfortable sleeper sofa (1.40 x 2.00 m), a smart TV, and a radio. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The built-in kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. From the living room, you can step out onto the furnished southwest-facing terrace with an awning, where you can comfortably enjoy the afternoon and evening sun while surrounded by a privacy hedge. The separate bedroom features a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) with a spacious closet and can be darkened with an exterior blind. From the hallway, you can access the bright shower room with a toilet. A parking space is available at the building. There is an outdoor parking area for bicycles, and well-behaved dogs are allowed! This is a non-smoking apartment that is also allergy-friendly.

A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement for a fee.
