Haus Sonnenschein features two two-room apartments, one of which has been newly renovated in a maisonette style for two people on the ground floor. The apartment has a spacious balcony.

The fine-sand beach offers ideal swimming conditions for young and old alike. Enjoy long walks on the beach, bike rides, or inline skating along the newly redesigned promenade, as well as ideal conditions for water skiing, surfing, stand-up paddling, sailing, and diving. The newly redesigned promenade, with its numerous cafés—such as Café “Wichtig”—and restaurants like the well-known “Gosch Sylt” and Capolino, as well as shops and scenic overlooks, invites you to take a leisurely stroll or simply relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

Bottom line: close to the beach, central yet “away from the hustle and bustle”!

Parking spaces are available. The building has a washing machine and dryer that can be used for a fee.

The two-level apartment measures 55 square metres and features a spacious entryway with a coat closet, leading to the bathroom and the living/dining room. From the living room, you can access the well-equipped kitchenette and the large balcony with a beach chair, where you can peacefully wind down the day in the evening sun thanks to its southwestern exposure. The apartment features a Smart TV and a Bluetooth-enabled Sonos speaker.
The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop and an oven, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a Senseo machine. The dining area is located right by the window facing the large balcony. The dining table is made of solid teak. From the living room, a staircase leads up to a loft and to the bedroom, which features a spacious wardrobe and a comfortable box-spring bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm.
The loft features a cosy reading nook next to a built-in bookcase. The balcony faces southwest and can be shaded from excessive sun with an awning. The balcony measures approximately 4 m x 1.8 m and is furnished with a teak table, two chairs, and a beach chair. The bathroom is on the same level as the living room and kitchen and is accessible via the large hallway. The bathroom features a shower and a toilet. The interior bathroom has a frosted-glass window opening onto the kitchen, a heated towel rack, a lighted mirror, and ample storage space for your bathroom essentials. A hair dryer is provided. The shared basement has a washing machine and dryer, which can be used for a small fee. Pets are not allowed; this is a non-smoking apartment, and a parking space is available on-site.
