About this property

Idyllic holiday home on the forest and lake in Klingberg

  • Lovingly equipped forest hut in Klingberg at the big Pönitzer lake. Immediately close to the Baltic Sea. A fenced on 1100 m² forest property for sole use. Ideal for a relaxing holiday, which can also be with the family dog.
    This holiday home offers about 40 m² of space for up to 4 people. It is new and very comfortably furnished. There is a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, a bathroom with sanitary facilities, shower, vanity with mirror, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and windows. The living room has a large sofa set with sleep function, far-fetched and open.
    There is also a small kitchen, which is equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
    Directly at the house are two terraces with seating and sun beds including a covered terrace with barbecue overlooking a large, well-kept garden and forest.

Die Unterkunft ist super geeignet für Eine Familie oder auch Leute mit Hunden. Eine sehr schöne Lage, alles ist schnell zu erreichen mit dem Fahrrad oder mit dem Auto. Sehr ruhige Lage, dort kann man perfekt entspannen.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Das Häuschen bietet wirklich einen hervorragenden Rückzugsort mit schön angelegtem Garten, einem großen nahe gelegenen Wald, in dem man spazieren kann, der Strand ist nicht weit und allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünschen kann.Ich habe mich ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und gut erholt in den freien Tagen. Nichts hat gefehlt. Ich komme gern wieder!

Einfach nur entschleunigend und erholsam

Wunderbare Unterkunft

Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Ruhe und auch die Lage. Es wurde in der Unterkunft wirklich an alles gedacht. Es ist gemütlich und sehr sauber. Frau Rothhardt war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne kommen wir im nächsten Jahr wieder.

Ein toller Kurzurlaub

Es war ein super schöner Urlaub, das Haus war sauber und soooo gemütlich, man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt😍!! Und es erwarteten einen schon bei der Ankunft kleine Gastgeschenke, die einem den Aufenthalt noch mehr versüßt haben. Ein toller Ort, um zu entspannen und sich vom Alltag zu erholen. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt, es gibt mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten draußen, um gemütlich zusammen zu sitzen, die Sonne und ein Gläschen Wein zu genießen. Man ist dort total für sich, kann einfach die Ruhe genießen und ist doch nicht weit weg von den vielen Ostseestränden. Wir waren mit Kind und Hund unterwegs, das Grundstück ist dafür ideal, weil es komplett eingezäunt ist und man beide laufen lassen kann, ohne dass einer verloren geht 😉. Alles war wirklich einfach toll, wir wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Wir sagen nochmal vielen herzlichen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub, der leider viel viel zu kurz war💖!! Eine kleine Traumoase

Diese kleine Waldhütte hat uns vom ersten Moment an begeistert. Ein traumhaft schönes Grundstück, ein gemütlich einladendes kleines Haus mit allem was wir brauchten. Boxspring-Doppelbett was uns einen rückenschmerzfreien Urlaub gönnte, eine Gartenlaube mit Grill und allem was man dazu benötigt, Liegen diverse schöne Sitzplätze - schattig, sonnig oder vor Regen geschützt. Ich weiß gar nicht was da noch fehlen könnte! Ich könnte wahrscheinlich noch seitenlang schwärmen! Wir kommen definitiv wieder!!! :-) Zum Schluss noch was sehr Wichtiges. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen freundlich und fürsorglich. Jederzeit hilfsbereit und erreichbar. Die liebevollen Kleinigkeiten die für uns im Wohnzimmer bereit standen haben wir sehr genossen und uns an den Blumen erfreut. Ein herzliches Danke schön dafür noch von uns - wir werden uns noch revanchieren ;-). Bis Bald!

Das Häuschen liegt idyllisch auf einer kleinen Anhöhe im Wald. Alles war super sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ganz in der Nähe ist ein schöner See. Man kann dort wunderbar laufen oder Radfahren. Auch zur Ostsee ist es nicht weit. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen.

Wunderschöne Waldhütte am See

Bei Ankunft wurde ich sehr herzlich von den Vermieterin begrüßt. Die bezaubernde Waldhütte, der wunderschöne, magische Garten haben den Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Die Hütte wurde von der Vermieterin mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet... es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Auch für meinen Hund war einiges vorbereitet. Der See ist in 5 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen und zum Meer fährt man 7 Minuten mit dem Auto. Dort gibt es auch einen sehr schönen Hundestrand. Alles in Allem ein rundherum perfekter Urlaub. Noch mal ganz herzlichen Dank für Alles... liebe Familie Rothhardt

Eine einfache Waldhütte, mit allem was man braucht. Die Vermieterin hat uns wärmstens empfangen, in der Hütte gab es alles was man braucht (Waschmaschine, gut ausgestattet Küche, modernes Bad, Ofenkamin,...) und das alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage zur Ostsee (wenige Autominuten) und die Ruhe haben es perfekt gemacht... Danke!

RUNDUM ZUFRIEDEN!

Sehr schönes, total gemütliches und modern eingerichtetes Häuschen. Der dazugehörige Garten ist perfekt für Hunde, man kann Sie in den großen Grundstück frei laufen lassen da es komplett eingezäunt ist. Es gibt genügend Außensitzmöglichkeiten und Liegen. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes Ferienhaus nahe am See

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von der Vermieterin aufgenommen und im Vorfeld toll informiert. Das Ferienhaus ist frisch renoviert und hat eine tolle Aufteilung. Es ist alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es gibt drei verschiedene Außensitzgelegenheiten und der Garten ist großflächig und sehr schön angelegt. Das Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe. Wir sind viel Rad gefahren, nach Schabeutz, Neustadt und Niendorf war es für uns kein Problem. Das komplette Grundstück ist eingezäunt, was nicht auffällt, Hunde aber nicht weglaufen können. Es war ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt, der Sonnenuntergang am See traumhaft. Bestimmt kommen wir mal wieder. Vielen lieben Dank.
