A beautiful, light-filled, beachfront 2-room apartment in Haffkrug, located on the ground floor with a northeast-facing terrace, an electric awning, and a side view of the sea. The living area features a dining space for 2 people and a comfortable sitting area, as well as a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The bedroom features two single beds, each measuring 120 cm x 200 cm, a closet, and another flat-screen TV. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet, hair dryer, makeup mirror, and a heated towel rack. The apartment has electric exterior blinds in the living room and bedroom.
Free underground parking space and heated outdoor swimming pool (from mid-May to mid-September). Bicycles can be stored in the basement. Use of the washing machine is available for a fee. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.

This well-maintained complex is located right on the sea. Just a few steps from your apartment and you’re on the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. Restaurants, shops, and recreational and shopping options are right nearby. Parking spaces are available in the underground garage. A washing machine is available for shared use in the building. The outdoor swimming pool is open from May through September.
