PIERSIDE – Your retreat in Haffkrug (Scharbeutz): Just 200 metres from the beach promenade, you’ll find our designer holiday home, which features only four units in total. Here you’ll discover charming cafés, inviting restaurants, and a variety of shopping options. There’s a bakery right across from the holiday apartments. In just a 10-minute walk, you’ll reach a beach bar right on the sandy beach of Haffkrug. Ideal for couples, families, and friends who appreciate a high-quality and cosy interior.

PIER 3 is a stylish duplex apartment spanning the upper and penthouse floors, covering approximately 90 m²—with sweeping views of the Baltic Sea and a private wellness area.

On the upper level, you’ll find a bright living area with an open kitchen, kitchen island, and wine refrigerator. From here, you can step out onto a spacious south-facing balcony. A cosy sofa with a smart TV, an (electric) fireplace, and a dining table for up to 5 people invite you to linger. On this level, you’ll also find a bedroom with a bunk bed and a smart TV, as well as a separate guest bathroom.

One floor above, your private wellness area awaits, featuring a sauna, bathtub, separate shower, and sink (hair dryer provided). Another bedroom with a double bed and a smart TV offers peace and comfort. From here, a staircase leads to the attic with a panoramic view of the Baltic Sea—a cosy adventure den. Please note that if you’re booking for five people, one spot is reserved for this attic.

A rooftop balcony wraps around the entire apartment, featuring an outdoor dining area and a gas grill—perfect for sunny days and balmy evenings. For longer stays, a washer-dryer, clothes rack, and vacuum cleaner are available.

To top it all off, you’ll have your own free parking space right next to the house.
