On the upper level, there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m, full-length mattress) and a large wardrobe for luggage. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a shower, and a towel warmer. From there, you can access the second balcony with a view of the spa gardens. The balconies are not wheelchair accessible.


The house has a bicycle storage room accessible via a staircase.
A free parking space is available at the building (parking space dimensions: width 2.20 m, length 4.40 m).
Free Wi-Fi is available to guests in the apartment. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.


From May 15 to September 15, 2026, a seasonal beach chair is available to you free of charge at Capolino Rentals.
