We warmly welcome you to the Residenz Ostseestrand apartment complex, located at Strandallee 137 in Scharbeutz.

The apartment is situated right on the Dünenmeile in Scharbeutz, where you’ll find numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance.

This modernly furnished 1.5-room apartment in Scharbeutz is located on the basement level with direct access to the complex’s car park (your own parking space is right next to the entrance). A well-designed, approximately 42-square-meter holiday apartment with optimal use of space. The living, sleeping, and kitchen areas are conveniently integrated. The kitchenette features an attractive, fully equipped set with a stove/ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave. The sleeping area features a comfortable double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) with high-quality latex mattresses and electrically adjustable slatted frames. The living area features a spacious seating area (with a pull-out bed and storage compartment, approx. 1.10 m x 2.00 m), where you can enjoy the latest smart TV technology on a 50-inch curved LED panel. There’s also a PlayStation 4 for those rainy days. Internet is available via LAN and Wi-Fi. The bathroom features a built-in internet radio, high-quality fixtures, and a comfortable spa shower. In the small inner room around the corner—now with a door—the little ones will love an original bunk bed (2 x 0.90 m x 2.00 m) designed to look like an old London city bus.

A parking space next to the building and a bicycle storage room are available to guests free of charge.
An electric car charging station is available on the property. Use of the station can be booked as an optional add-on for a flat rate of 40.00 € per stay. (subject to availability)
Alternatively, flexible charging is possible via a QR code directly at the charging station (payment by credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). Billing is automatic, and the invoice is sent by email.
The current rate is €0.60 per kWh (as of April 2026)

Additionally, in the basement, you’ll find a fitness room with three different professional exercise machines. For guests of all ages, there is a sports and games room with a high-quality table tennis table and foosball table, as well as a wide variety of age-appropriate toys.

A fee of €6.00 per day (regardless of the number of people) is charged for use of the swimming pool and the fitness room. The swimming pool and fitness room are open daily from 07:00-20:00.

. Only the Dünenmeile, with its cosy restaurants, cafés, and—not to mention—great boutiques, separates the complex from the magnificent beach.

You’ll also find a fitness room with cardio equipment in the basement. For our younger guests, there is a sports and games room with a ping-pong table, foosball table, and dartboard.
A fee of €6.00 per day is charged for use of the swimming pool and fitness room. The swimming pool is open daily from 07:00-20:00.
There are also bicycle parking spaces here, as well as a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. The parking spaces are located behind the building; access is via Muschelstieg, which is controlled by a gate. You can charge your electric vehicle in the guest car park at a 22 kW Type 2 charging station using electricity from renewable energy sources (for a fee).
