    This lovingly furnished one-room apartment in Scharbeutz is located on the second floor and features a beautiful north/east-facing balcony from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea. It features a tastefully decorated living/sleeping area with a fold-down bed (2 x 0.90 x 2.00 m), a colour TV, a stereo system, Wi-Fi, and a built-in kitchen with an electric stove, oven, microwave, and a dining area for two people. Bathroom with tub, shower, and toilet. Coin-operated washing machine and dryer are located in the building. Underground parking space No. 17 is available for your use. No dogs allowed! Non-smoking apartment.



    Located in the front row, directly on the beach promenade and just 30 m from the most beautiful Baltic Sea beach, this popular apartment building features 1- and 2-room apartments. A short walk takes you to the spa promenade with its interesting boutiques, excellent restaurants, and cosy cafes. From almost all of the apartments, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea. The apartments are attractively and comfortably furnished. A washing machine and dryer are located in the building’s basement. Parking spaces are also available.
