"We had a wonderful experience at this homestay. The check-in was seamless, with flexible timing, and even though we arrived close to 10 pm, the owner personally greeted us, gave a quick tour, and handed over the keys. Since he lives on the ground floor, he was readily available if we needed anything during our stay. "We stayed for four days and it was wonderful. The Cottage was perfect for 2 couples, on site contacts were very friendly and helpful. "From being met by our host at the door before we even rang the bell to when we left this was the perfect last stop on our trip. The apartment is very large, beautifully decorated, and absolutely immaculate. We were flying late out of Frankfurt on our last day and the host offered to let us stay beyond check out time rather than us sitting at the airport. Staying here made the end of our travels as pleasant and easy as possible."

Lovely stay in a very nice hotel

"Everything was wonderful, from the hotel location near the convenient town center and train station. All main activities including the Audi Forum were at less than 5 minutes walking distance. Breakfast was excellent, with great quality and variety of hot/cold food and continental or typical German items to try, fresh fruit and great coffee. I was really impressed. Only a minor comment on the bedding since the mattress cover seemed made of synthetic material and not m breathable, which made sleeping a bit warm and uncomfortable at times. Other than that I can only say I would go back to the Welcome hotel any time I get the chance. "

"Great hotel in the centre of Heilbronn , close to shops and restaurants. Spa area was amazing, shame that there was no sign of pool being closed the following morning for being cleaned. I booked this hotel mainly for the pool and I was disappointed that in the morning there was no information of pool being closed "
